Missouri Festival Park is located in Dixon, MO, Home of the longest running Bluegrass Festival west of ole Miss. We have 235 grassy 30amp & water RV spaces and 70 full hook-ups.  Totaling 305 spaces. The amenities on our 38-acre Music Fest RV Park includes activities like themed festivals, Big Name concerts, RV and Bus Rallies and much much more.  We are looking for outgoing, friendly couples to provide 15-18 hours each per week assisting in the operation of the Resort. Duties include grounds keeping, store operation, public relations, cleaning, answering phones, checking people in, taking reservations, restaurant staffing to name a few. Must work as a team.
We are looking for the time of May 1st through September 30th and one couple to stay for the winter months. We will provide a full hook up (electric, water and sewer) lot is provided, plus access to all shows and performer. 1/2 off any meals at the restaurant .

We are seeking a Farm Caretaker/Assistant Innkeeper Couple to help us with our sustainable Farm Bed and Breakfast.

The ideal couple would have a variety of experiences including farm animals, farm equipment, vegetable and fruit production, as well as being willing to provide positive attention, hospitality, customer service, and educational sharing with Guests of the Farm. As a small business, all employees wear multiple hats and may be expected to perform any or all of the following duties:

• provide overall farm support, maintainance of grounds and farm buildings
• provide handyman services for repairs
• obtain and organize building materials and tools
• assist with landscaping and lawn
• caretaker of animals and barn including lifting 50 pound bags of feed or hay
• garden and growing activities
• assist running Bed and Breakfast

• assist in the kitchen including foor preparation, storage, serving, cooking, and baking
• provide housekeeping and laundry services
• provide personal assistance to Owners and Owners residence including pets

Position Summary:

The relief home parent couple provides direct care services for the children in placement at Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide 24-hour, 7-day-a-week coverage for children placed in a foster group home for extended periods of time.
• Within the assigned residence, establish and perpetuate a homelike environment which includes both behavioral and emotional warmth and acceptance.
• Insure the physical safety and well being of children in agency care and promote their spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and social growth and development.
• Supervise daily living habits of children, training new skills as necessary or desirable.
• Assign, train, and supervise children in household tasks.
• Supervise children in various activities both on and off the Itasca campus, in cooperation with other staff members, assist in chaperoning or sponsoring off-campus activities.
• Plan and supervise preparation of meals served in the residence.
• Participate actively in case planning and service implementation for each child living in the assigned area.
• Maintain daily behavior logs, agency reports, medication documentation, financial records, and reports, and menus of meals served.
• Provide transportation for children to and from planned activities using agency vehicles, including passenger cars and 15 passenger vans.
• Work cooperatively with other staff; participate in campus programs and committees as assigned.
• Schedule is 15 days on duty and six days off.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education - high school graduate, one or more years post high school education preferred.
• Two years previous experience with children preferred.

• Good organizational and time management skills required.
• Must have strong interpersonal and parenting skills.
• Must be computer literate and able to operate financial, word processing, and database software within six months of hire.
