Mobile Home Park Managers - Bishop, CA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Immediate position for full-time husband/wife managers of a 120 mobile home (55+) and R.V. park. This is a 5-day 24/hr. on-site duty. A 2 bdr/1ba mobile is included. Salary starts at $2200/mo, paid twice a month. Job duties are based on office, clerical, accounting, and all office functions as well as outdoor maintenance, lawns, repairs, and overall maintenance of the park's appearance and functionality. Park is located in beautiful Bishop, CA on the eastern side of the Sierra Nevadas. Located about 45 miles south of Mammoth, CA. Known for fishing, camping, skiing, and all year outdoorsman activities. For more information and more detailed job description please note the following:
Office: receive rents, write receipts, balance ledger pages, make deposits, input and billing accounting on Xcel program, review applicant procedures, maintain files, answer phones, take reservations, know CA Mobile Home Park Law, maintain R.V. storage files, complete all other office procedures and duties, including eviction procedures and applicant background checks.
Park Grounds: water and mow lawns, maintain all common areas, restrooms, showers, and laundromat. Make needed repairs and maintenance for overall park appearance and functionality. Know CA Mobile Home Park Laws, maintain tenants compliance to park rules and regulations. Know eviction procedures, and perform any other needed requests for the park by owners.
MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY-MANAGEMENT TEAM - GRANTS PASS, OR

This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's house, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. This Mobile Home Community allows pets upon approval.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are a normal weekdays with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required.
We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.

Traveling Hotel Cleaning Team

We are an industry leader in the hotel maintenance industry. Our crews stay at some of the nicest hotels in the country while they work. We maintain carpet, tile, furniture, drapes, and service air conditioner units in hotels nationwide. No experience necessary. You must be able to lift 50-75 lbs every 15-20 min when servicing the air conditioners. Work in a team after a short separate training period. Our couples work together and may be asked to help train additional staff. A Couples crew would consist of one customer service rep and one technician/lead. You can expect pay ranging from 900-1200 biweekly on average per person and $22.50 per day food allowance per person. Along with staying in nice accommodations while you see the world and work hard with you significant other.
