Pathway is a non-profit treatment foster care agency. We are seeking live-in house parents who are active, genuine and committed to young people for our Family Home located in Canton, Ohio.

The house parents care for four adolescent youth who have significant emotional and behavioral issues in a family-like setting. House parents are responsible for the day to day task of maintaining the home as well as the therapeutic care of the youth. The position requires the house parents to be involved in the education of the youth and to provide transportation to all required services for each youth. It is important that the house parents be open to working through difficult situations and to address the needs of each youth based on the youth's individual strengths.

The following qualities are what we are looking for in house-parents:

Physically active
Genuine and caring
Well organized
Able to work independently as well as with a therapeutic team
Over the age of 25
Has a high school diploma or equivalent
At least one year full-time experience with direct supervision of youth
Able to pass all state required training i.e. CPR, FA, Blood Borne Pathogens, Crisis Physical Intervention
Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Able to adhere to and implement state mandated licensing rules

Domestic Couple Team needed to maintain and care for a 7,300sf estate in Rancho Santa Fe. Detailed hands-on cleaning required on a daily basis keeping common areas clean; keep home and family organized while scheduling and keeping family calendar up to date. Wardrobe responsibilities include; laundry and ironing, keep all closets organized, track dry cleaning and help with packing and unpacking. Track inventory and purchases for the home; household and personal shopping with frequent daily errands and driving responsibilities. One person must have above average culinary abilities and be willing to prepare a variety of meals primarily for dinner 3-4 X W for a family of four; hire caterers for larger events but do require staff with hospitality and service experience. The couple must be kid friendly; supervise, drive, and occasional over-nights and infrequent travel with family to assist with two teenage children. Basic handy-man abilities and preventative maintenance practices required to maintain grounds and structures on property. Cottage on property no kitchen facility - or - live-off site. Job Position: On-Site Manager. Perfect for a couple!

Duties: Manager will have to collect rents, take money to Bank for deposits on an as needed basis, ensure that the property is neat, clean and free of trash, each week manager will call tenants that are 30+ days late, send out auction notices to 90+ days late tenants and help the auctioneer out on auction day. Must have basic computer skills. Training will be provided on the computer system and all other aspects of the day to day running of the facility.

Salary: $7.35 an hour. Paid twice monthly, one the 1st and 15th of each month.

Office Hours: 5 day work week Tues-Sat 9am-6pm.

After 30 days of employment, living quarters will be provided for the new manager(s) on site. Water, gas and electricity will be paid for by the company

Ranch Couple Team - New Mexico

Ranch Management Couple Team needed for a 12,000 acre ranch and a 40,000sf home. Manage full-time staff and various part-time support staff while working hands-on-maintaining this extensive property and home. Must like the outdoors and animals. Responsible for caring for dogs and horses daily, finding coverage for days off. Livestock are run on a leased portion of ranch and require no responsibility- but basic knowledge of cattle a plus. Would provide service to owner, a single man with multiple properties, during his infrequent periods in residence as well as providing for his guests. This includes menu planning, grocery shopping and preparing and serving meals as well as driving when needed. Must have a working knowledge of complicated systems within the home. Must have experience in private service and strong management skills. Separate home on the property provided for the couple team. Salary DOE based on salary history.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Team for 29 Unit Exceptional Beach Motel in Madeira Beach, FL

We are looking for a motel management team to live onsite and be the principal team ensuring our motel remains the little gem that it is. We would like a team that provides 24 hour check-in and 20 hour walk-in front desk functions, that can provide housekeeping support (housekeeping hours and pay are not included in this management description and are paid separately), light maintenance, pool maintenance, and some light maintenance projects.

The allure of running a small medium sized motel (29 rooms) is not as it may seem. There are many responsibilities and you are required to be in control of the property the entire time you are on duty. Because we know the job is long and hard we would like to create an arrangement for two management teams to run the motel. This will allow more time off, less burn out, and more attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

This position is for a team that can work together and share responsibilities. This seems to better tackle the day and keep all the tasks manageable and enjoyable. The team should bring the following skills to the job:
