We are interested in either a very driven single property manager qualified to do all tasks listed in the job description or a two person team or couple to maximize the rental potential of a self storage facility location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security. These individuals will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business,through outside the box thinking, developing effecting branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers.
Both individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally while servicing customers and both must have the ability to perform office duties. Additional responsibilities include community involvement through marketing initiatives.
One individual must be able to perform office duties as well as light maintenance on property such as removal of weeds, light electrically, light plumbing, cleaning units, fixing doors and removing debris. This person must be endure exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects.
This position requires a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record to operate motor vehicles with both types of transmission (automatic or standard).

Ensure apartments are clean and ready to rent. Show and rent apartments, make tenant requested maintenance repairs promptly, keep grounds clean and maintain building cleanliness, issue late payment notices, accept late rent payments; landscaping and cut grass, snow removal, clean hallways, clean laundry room and walkways, and stair railings, etc., order and supervise carpet cleaning. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required. We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.
