Circle T Park located in Mission, Texas is a 270 space Mobile Home and RV 55+ Park.  We currently are seeking IMMEDIATE HIRE of a CLEANING COUPLE OR INDIVIDUAL for the 2012-2013 season ( approximately mid-Oct 2012 to April 15^th 2013 ). 

The office staff is looking for a couple/individual to complete daily/weekly cleaning (approximately 25 hours ) of on-site Laundry Room, Restrooms and Showers, Recreation Hall, and Rentals which includes 5 mobile homes and 21 travel trailers that are rented during the season.

The qualifying candidate(s) would possess the ability to clean the above referenced areas with a friendly attitude while maintaining a winning and approachable demeanor.  If you and/or your mate have an energetic and outgoing personality with dedication and pride in your workmanship, we would love to hear from you.

Compensation:        Free Lot Rent or Travel Trailer during the Winter Season with 50 Amp Electric for the cleaning of Rec Hall, showers, restrooms, and laundry room

Circle T Park located in Mission, Texas is a 270 space Mobile Home/RV 55+ Park.  We currently are seeking for IMMEDIATE HIRE a WORK CAMPER to assist with the general maintenance duties associated with a RV Park for the 2012 – 2013 season ( approximately Oct 2012 to April 15 2013 ).

The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in:

• Mowing and trimming ( weed whacking ) of lawns
• Assisting in the maintenance of pool and spa
• Plumbing
• Digging in respect to water leaks ( getting hands “dirty” )
• Assisting with the general maintenance of rentals located on the property

As the weather is hot, you should be in good physical condition as contracted duties are outdoors.
