Live-In Caretaker Couple Needed for Small Motel/Inn in Eastern Washington

After a slight delay, we are once again looking for a couple who can be caretakers of our small, 10-unit inn in a resort area in Eastern Washington during the winter months with the possibility of staying on for the summer season.

During the off-season, this position will be part-time but will be full-time during the months of June, July and August.  We estimate the part-time hours to be about 20 a week ramping up in the summer.

Duties will include answering phones, making reservations, checking people in to their rooms, housekeeping and keeping the parking lot and property clean.  There may be a few repairs that come up or other small projects but the winter is quite slow here so the work is truly part-time over the winter months.

This is a quiet property with all efficiency-suite units - including a full kitchenette in each room.  The caretakers will be housed in one of the units and will receive all utilities, wi-fi and cable paid.  We also will pay a base salary of $1200/month in the winter - increasing, of course, should the caretakers remain with us during the high summer season.

We may consider one small pet and all of our units are smoke-free.
