Positions at University in Korea for a Couple

Gyeongsang National University in Jinju, South Korea is looking for a couple to fill 2 teaching vacancies in March of 2013.

Job Details:

--Free apartment: 3 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, balcony

--Free meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during the semester and camps

--4 months of vacation a year (unpaid)

--50% of National Health Care is paid by the school

--Semester hours: 6:30pm to 9:20pm (3 classes)

*Classes are conversation-based. Average class size is 16 students. Electives include writing, presentation, drama, and situational English.

--Pay is 35,000 won per hour

Requirements:

Both applicants must have a Bachelor of Arts degree (preferred, but not necessary, majors: English, TESOL, Education, Linguistics)

Teaching experience is preferred but not necessary. If applicants have no teaching experience, they may be asked to take an online TEFL course before coming to Korea.

Negotiate contracts, invoicing
Grounds maintenance: landscaping, gardening, lawn and tree care
Basic handyman skills to maintain all structures on the property
Large and small equipment maintenance
Spa and pool maintenance
Inventory of all household items
Act as chauffeur and drive children if needed
Pet care

We are a fast-growing Mobile Home Park investment company looking for an exceptional couple to manage a 150+ space family mobile home park with pool/clubhouse on 25+ acres (all city services - no well/septic) in Indianapolis.

The park is situated in a beautiful, peaceful setting bordering open space, and has easy access (2-3 minutes) to major thoroughfares and shopping. Once 90% occupied, the park has gone through a rough patch due to poor management and is now 30% occupied. We are fully committed to restoring the park to its full potential.

We are in the process of demolishing and removing abandoned coaches, and will be pursuing an aggressive program to fill vacant pads through home sales and a lease-to-own program. We do not believe in rentals, as they tend to attract tenants that do not possess the pride of ownership we like to see in our residents.

The ideal applicant would be a couple with strong mobile home park management experience. Following the model in our other parks, one member would be a personable, articulate, computer-literate management professional who would handle collections, home sales/leases, resident relations, records keeping / reporting (using online management software), and very strict enforcement of park rules; the other would be a hardworking, hands-on maintenance professional who would cut grass (on park-owned sit-down mower), work on park beautification, minor tree trimming, solving any problems with utilities systems, and oversee pool maintenance in the summer months.

Work Camper Watchman (Couple) - Ukiah, CA

Night Watchman position available in beautiful Northern California's Wine Country. We seek a work camper-type individual or couple to stay on our property at the fairgrounds in Ukiah, CA. Duties include general monitoring of facility such as the checking of gates and buildings to insure their security and some watering in warm weather in exchange for RV space with hook-ups. This position also includes some possible paid evening event attendant work.
