Live-in Motel Manager & Maintenance Couple - Southern Ontario

Experienced live-in managing couple wanted to manage and maintain 50 room motel in southern Ontario. Accommodation will be provided.

Requirements:

• Prior motel management and maintenance experience required
• Willing to relocate to motel (accommodation and utilities provided)
• Proven track record of sales improvement and cost reductions
• Mature and professional in all dealings with guests, staff and other business relationships
• Good computer skills (reservation software, MS Office)
• Healthy and able to perform physical and maintenance work as required of a typical motel
• Flexibility and availability to deal with business and operational issues

Duties:

• Front desk duties (both shift work and supervision)
• General maintenance and cleaning of property and equipment
• Office and staff administration to ensure smooth operations, process and policy compliance
• Professional and friendly guest service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Marketing and promoting business to attract new customers
