Innkeeper(s) Needed for busy historic Inn (Indianapolis-Downtown)

Eliminate your living expenses/utilities/rent etc by becoming an innkeeper for our historic downtown bed and breakfasts. Experience in hospitality is required. Innkeeper receives $100 a week stipend.

Innkeepers will live on site and act as a host to all guests who will be staying at our Historic Inns. We are currently looking to fill two Innkeeper positions. The Innkeepers are responsible for but not limited to the following items in return for living rent free.

-Checking guests IN/OUT of Inn.
-Processing and Reconciling all payments received.
-Cooking and hosting breakfast each morning.
-Maintaing inside/outside appearance at the Inn you are assigned. This does include clearing snow and salting sidewalks in the winter. It also includes watering plants, cleaning and removing leaves in the summer/spring/fall. We are looking for an individual that can keep the Inn in pristine condition.
-Shopping for food items for breakfast.
-Give exceptional customer service to all guests who walk through the door of your Inn.
-Candidate will need experience in dealing with diverse customers.
-Candidate will need to have excellent communication skills.

Workcamper Position at Sequoia Resort Seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Workcamper couple for new RV park in Sequoia Resort to fill position immediately through September. Sequoia Resort is a family owned enterprise located in the beautiful foothills of California‘s Sierra Nevada mountains just 30 minutes drive from King’s Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. 20-30 hrs/week depending on occupancy of park. Responsibilities include: taking reservations, light facility cleanup/maintenance, assisting in light housekeeping of vacation rentals, escorting guests to sites, office/gift shop duties, evening rounds and other RV campground duties. Should be familiar with use of tools and equipment (weed wacker, blower, tractor). Compensation is Full hookup RV and a $50/weekly bonus payed at the completion of every month. Duties include general monitoring of facility such as the checking of gates and buildings insuring security and some watering in warm weather in exchange for RV space with hook-ups. This job-share position is ideal for the working couple seeking an opportunity to have leisure time in order to explore the County's bounty! Enjoy wine-tasting, whale-watching in near-by coastal areas, explore the beautiful redwoods, and a myriad of other activities. The position opens April 25, 2013 and the duties include: guest registration, fee collection, restroom/laundry facility tending, watering, and general tidying of the 55 space park in exchange for an RV sight with hook-ups. Work Camper Needed for Small Inn In Eastern Washington - Lake Chelan, WA

We have an opening for a work camper couple to help us run a small 10-room motel/inn in the beautiful Chelan Valley of Eastern Washington.

The reason this is a work camper position is that there are no manager's quarters on site but there is a full-hook up (we can also provide the 5th wheel if needed). We include all utilities including wi-fi and cable, water, sewer, electricity.

This position will include office work, checking guests in/out, taking phone reservations, some bookkeeping, regularly communicating with owners, outdoor maintenance and lawn care, some housekeeping as the need arises (we have a housekeeping staff) but this area is very busy from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

We are looking for somebody who can multi-task, give excellent customer service to our guests, handle late check-ins and sometimes deal with emergencies calmly and efficiently.

Must be technologically fluent - we use text and online reservation and payment systems.

We are in a wonderful location for outdoor recreation with the lake, mountains, wineries, etc. It's a great place to spend a summer.

The position will start immediately and run until approximately the middle of September when our winter staff takes over (or possible opportunity for year-round at a reduced workload).

In addition to the living quarters, utilities, etc., we will pay a salary of $2500/mo with days off to enjoy all our area has to offer.

Looking for full time person or couple for light farm work, lawn care, ground maintenance. Property located on beautiful lake in Pomona Park Fl. Lovely two bedroom lakeview full furnished guest house located on property with all utilities included + Internet no pay other than the 1000$ I rent it out for. The rent, cable, electric and internet is your pay.

You must be comfortable working with farm animals. Barn work to include cleaning stalls, and hauling hay. Includes feeding grain, hay and water to horses and other animals. 15 goats, 50 chickens/ducks,quail, 2 horses, 5 pigs. Must milk goats daily. Gardening a big + Must clean chickens and duck for the freezer. Must have good attitude and strong work ethic. Must be self starters who work well without supervision. Willing to milk goats and keep yard up. Daily work schedule 5 days a week. We will run criminal background check, drug test, and require references. The position offers great living accommodations plus all the food off our land. You will have fresh eggs, milk, veggies, fruit for our trees, chicken, rabbit and ducks. Pigs and goats will be taken to butcher.
