Resident Managers for Mini Storage - Flagstaff, AZ

We are seeking a friendly, driven, outgoing couple to manage a small mini storage in beautiful northern Arizona

Full Time starting immediately. Must reside on-site (1 bedroom/1 bath apartment)

• Must be responsible, self-motivated and customer-oriented
• Must be highly detail-oriented
• Must enjoy interacting with people
• Proficient computer skills
• Willing to go beyond responsibilities to provide optimum customer service
• Experience is a plus: we are willing to train you
• Any interest in snowplowing is a plus!
• Must create professional, welcoming atmosphere.

 
Job Description:

• Work office hours: 8:30 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday
• Lease units, collect rent, handle delinquencies
• Operate database on computer
• Answer phone calls regarding prospective tenants, payments, etc.
• Make phone calls on delinquent rentals
• Do light grounds keeping, maintenance, and housecleaning to present a tidy, friendly environment
• Understand basics of mini storage software and procedure
• Communicate clearly in person and in writing
• Assist in auctions
