MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY-MANAGEMENT TEAM - Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Manager Team for a 146 space, senior Mobile Home Community in Phoenix, AZ. This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's house, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. This Mobile Home Community allows pets upon approval.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are a normal weekdays with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required. We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer skills required (Microsoft office)
Maintenance skills required
Prior Property Management experience
Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors
Manage America software knowledge a plus, but willing to train
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Hire, train and motivate personnel
Rent Collection
Eviction process as necessary
Fill Vacancies (if applicable)
Home sales (if applicable)
Prepare Monthly reports
Maintain organized resident files
Enforce community rules/regulations and follow all applicable safety procedures
Promote positive resident relations through various programs; newsletters, activities, potlucks, etc.
Work effectively, cooperatively, and respectfully with co-workers, clients and other contacts

Resident Management Team for Self Storage Facility - Flagstaff, AZ

A Flagstaff Self Storage Facility is looking for a manager couple to live on site and manage storage facility. Must possess a very friendly, personable, out going, persuasive personality and be able to enthusiastically lease vacant storage units. The couple will work as a team, manager and assistant manager, to cover the office hours (Monday through Friday 9-6), fill up vacant units, market to the community, clean and take care of the property, including some light maintenance.
Both applicants will need to fit the requirements, as the responsibilities of the position require a two person team to fulfill. Applicants should have experience in sales, management, marketing, bookkeeping and advanced computer skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cover hours 9AM to 6PM Monday through Friday

- Understanding lease terms/leasing vacant units
- Answer phone converting prospects in to customers
- Promote monthly specials
- Monthly newsletter email campaigns. Weekly marketing to local community
- Maintaining social media sites like Face Book
- Manage collections, delinquencies and public auctions
- Manage data base, accounts and daily deposits
- Light maintenance, cleaning units and other necessary task to ensure property is safe and welcoming

Caretaker Couple for Private Camp ground - Cle Elum , WA

Mountain River Trails Camping Association is looking for a caretaker couple. We are seeking a couple to work as full-time caretakers. Mountain River Trails is located on the Yakima River in South Cle Elum. The camp has 467 memberships. We have a clubhouse, seven outlying bathrooms, a ball park, a few picnic areas and roads in camp that need qualified caretakers to keep clean and maintained throughout the year. We offer a private residence with all utilities paid. The caretakers have a weekly schedule with two days off per week. The caretaker's hours are usually 9am-5:30pm, with a later ending time on Friday and extended hours during the summer and holiday weekends. In addition to a weekly salary, we offer money to be paid toward their medical insurance. Paid vacation after one year. There is an office that is staffed during the working hours to monitor our key controlled gate access, answer phones, assist members with questions and to sell sundry items.
We are seeking a couple who would like to supplement their income by working with a fun group of people who enjoy camping and community activities. Duties include: cleaning restrooms and buildings, mowing lawns, operating a backhoe, plowing the access road, picking up and dumping garbage and other such duties required. The selected couple must be self-starters who are motivated to the job without daily supervision and take pride in their work at all times. While our camp is open year round, there is not much to do during the winter months as there are few campers and all outlying restrooms are closed, thus reduced cleaning and maintenance. If you are good with people, have some computer skills and can operate our equipment and want to interact with nice people let us know! Of course you must have a clean driving record and have no convictions. We will require a background check, driver's abstract and drug test before a job is offered.
