Our company is currently looking to fill a position for a Resident Management Team for our 159 space All age Mobilehome Park in Riverside, CA.  The position offers a double wide coach, salary, vacation time & health insurance etc.  Managers are responsible to pay for their own utilities and any other services.   We own and operate this Mobilehome Park and our Main Office generates all monthly statements for the residents and our Managers pass out these statements every month.

The job description is as follows for each “Team” member:

We need one team member to run the office and handle all duties such as running credit checks on prospective residents, issuing and serving 3-day and 14-day notices, handle all rent payments and make deposits, handle the signing of all rental agreements, monthly reports, etc.  This team member should also be familiar with “Title 25” and the “California Civil Codes” for mobilehome park residency.  This position is one that requires authority and tact. This position is a M-f office hours 8am-4pm and must be on-call for after hour emergencies M 7am – Sat 7am. 

The other team member would handle all of the maintenance that the park requires including mowing and maintaining all landscape, pool/spa cleaning & maintenance, general maintenance of the clubhouse, water meter reading and reporting to main office, water meter change outs, etc.  This position requires a good DMV record and a person in good health.  This team member should also be familiar with “Title 25” and the “California Civil Codes” for mobilehome park residency.  This position is one that requires authority and tact.  This position is a M-f office hours 8am-4pm and must be on-call for after hour emergencies M 7am – Sat 7am.  Cover for Asst. Manager during vacation periods.

We need a management team that can handle any and all situations that may arise and act as a positive reflection upon our company.  We cannot stress enough that as Resident Managers our team is first and foremost employees and not considered “Residents”.  Our managers do not have resident privileges such as use of the clubhouse or swimming pool/spa, etc.

Man Camp setting, West Texas.

Camp Manager – Responsible for menu organization, food ordering and preparing 2 daily meals for a group size of 8 to 15 workers. 8 workers is the normal, up to 15 is rare and doesn’t last long. Workers onsite schedule is 3 weeks on and one week off. Also responsible for general housekeeping duties for the camp.

Camp Maintenance – Helps around camp as needed, aids in preparing meals, housekeeping. Responsible for general handyman work and care of the ranch water system including the well. Care Taker – Work crew schedule is 3 weeks onsite and one week off site.

Both camp crew members remain onsite during periods of jobsite down time maintaining the camp and preparing for the next work period. This is also the time for trips to town to restock supplies for the camp. The well and water system must also be maintained during this time to replenish water reserves.

General computer knowledge a plus, good Safety record a must. Competitive wage, includes all food and housing.

This gem of a lodge needs a couple who can make it their own and really live the personality of the lodge.

Part of a large corporate group, the support system is very strong and there is big scope for advancement from this position.

The ideal candidates would have the following attributes:
• Be focused in managing a product and delivering to the guests at a very high standard.
• Have a nurturing and training orientated manner towards staff in order to uplift them and as such get the staff to deliver on the standards.
• Have a good financial and administrative acumen.
• Be well versed in stock management.
• Be excellent hosts to the guests.
• Hold a tertiary qualification form a recognised institute – not negotiable.
• Have at least five years’ experience in hospitality in a supervisory / management position – not negotiable.
• Be well-groomed, well-spoken and have a passion for living in the wild.
• Be all-rounders – Between the two candidates, they need to have experience in F&B, FOH, Housekeeping and admin.

This is a management position and will not be suitable for photography fanatics hoping to publish their next coffee table book on company time. My client is looking for a couple that can manage the hospitality side of the business and let the rangers spend time in the bush tracking animals.
