PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM - Puyallup, WA

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Management Team or Property Manager for a small family Mobile Home Community in Puyallup, WA. This motivated person(s) will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance person & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's home, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. This Mobile Home Community allows pets upon approval.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are a normal weekdays with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the tasks and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the key issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency and overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must live on-site in a management provided home. We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES ( include, but not limited to):
Hire, train and motivate personnel
Rent Collection
Eviction process as necessary
Fill Vacancies (if applicable)
Home sales (if applicable)
Prepare Monthly reports
Maintain organized resident files
Enforce community rules/regulations and follow all applicable safety procedures
Promote positive resident relations through various programs; newsletters, activities, potlucks, etc.
Work effectively, cooperatively, and respectfully with co-workers, clients and other contacts
