Relief Manager(s) wanted for Sundays and Mondays –plus- Resident Manager’s vacation periods at an Escondido storage facility.
We have an immediate need for a Relief Manager(s) with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our family-owned and operated self storage facility. The Relief Manager(s) will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our facility, including sales, marketing, receiving rents, banking, post office duties and daily reporting, as well as maintaining a clean and well-kept facility. Prior self storage experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided. Work schedule is Sunday 10a – 5p and Monday 9a – 6p – PLUS – fill in for time off and vacation as needed.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Customer service oriented

- Organized
- Physically able to walk stairs, take out garbage, perform light maintenance and carry 50 lbs.

Minimum job requirements:
- Prior Senior Living Management experience of 3 years for Community Asst. Managers; including operational and financial experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
- Willingness and ability to relocate and live at any of our 17 Communities.
- Willingness and ability to live on-site in an assigned shared apartment.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Ability to keep all business and operations information confidential.
- In addition to the above, the following skills are preferred: experience serving senior citizens; familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to the Community and Human Resources.
- Ability to work under time constraints and meet department deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership, supervision, training, guidance and communication while assisting with all aspects of Community management.
- Develop and implement techniques and resources designed to attain and maintain 100% occupancy at all times through effective community relations, special events, direct-inquiry calls, Community tours, etc.
- Devote time each week for community outreach, follow up on direct inquiries, and conduct tours for prospective residents.
- Follow the approved operating budget. Communicate with the management team and obtain approval for exceptions from the Director of Operations.
- Respond in a timely manner to resident complaints regarding any issue to assure residents are receiving services that meet Sunshine Retirement Living’s standards. Make recommendations for solutions to the Community Managers or Director of Operations.
- Exercise managerial and supervisory authority in a manner that complies with Sunshine Retirement Living’s guidelines and applicable laws.
- Share responsibility with the Community Management team to respond to emergencies; evaluate resident’s needs, and take appropriate action.
Ranch Hand/Couple - Sedalia, CO

Ranch hand or couple wanted for basic all around ranch duties for diversified ranching operation in Sedalia, Colorado. Must be able to clean stalls, sweep, stack hay and grain. As well as have handy man skills, mechanic, irrigation and horse experience a plus. Carpentry, welding, plumbing, electrical experience preferred. Couples duty to include cleaning, organizational skills, willing to jump in where needed to include all facets of the ranch possible full time for spouse. Housing, salary dependent upon experience. Housekeeping duties will include laundry, pressing, ironing, cleaning, some grocery shopping and occasional help with dinner parties. Other duties will include gardening and yard work, cleaning on-site office, maintaining and overseeing the maintenance of house, on-site office and cars.
We live on a small, well managed ranch in the foothills of the Big Horn mountains. We have a cat who would want to come and stay with you when we travel.

Live-in Caretaker/Couple - Parma, ID

Private party is seeking an active retired couple (or individual) to live on property near Parma, Idaho. Enjoy the beauty of rural Idaho with some good fishing in a very private setting. Duties include: lawn care, light irrigation, light cleaning & maintenance, perimeter security, etc. (Approximately 60 hours per month during the winter months, and 80 hours per month during the summer months.)
Compensation includes a home with power, water, heat and large garden space, plus an additional $800 monthly stipend. Feel free to pursue other means of employment while residing on our estate provided you are able to keep up with the caretaking responsibilities of our property.
