Chef/Housekeepr Couple - Berkshire

Large estate in Berkshire owned by a very busy family required a professional Chef & Housekeeper couple. The family are often at the house but they have an additional home in France where they also reside. When in the UK they often invite extended family and guests. It is essential that you are independent workers, reliable, self motivated, proactive and work to very high standards.
The housekeeper will be responsible for care of the interior which will also include laundry, wardrobe management, general cleaning, caring for antiques, silver and glassware. You will also be expected to help in the kitchen when needed and entertaining. The chef must have superior cooking skills along with confidence and capability to cook for large parties. Preparing menus from scratch, sourcing products and budgeting. You will be responsible for all breakfasts, lunches and dinners. You must be skilled at pastry making including breads.
As a couple you will be required to care for the accounts, admin, household security, appliances and liaising with contractors etc….
It is essential that you have worked in private households to a 5 star standard
Efficient, organised and able to work within tight deadlines
Cheerful and happy disposition
Clean Driving licence
Excellent references, recent CRB’s and a minimum of 5 years experience as a couple
Salary 50 – 65k per year and a cottage provided near to the family home

The NEW Davie / Ft. Lauderdale KOA located in Davie, Florida (Broward County) is seeking retired couples that have their own INCOME and own CAMPER/ RV to work 30 hours a week in exchange for lot rent and utilities. You will be required to work 30 hours a week, Monday thru Friday, 7am till 1pm. Or we can set personal schedules to include weekend days since staff works 7 days a week.
Must have strong work ethic, be a self starter with a GREAT attitude for being outdoors and meeting new and different people .Have work experience in general cleaning and outdoor maintinance. KOA will do background checks on all applicants. The list of jobs are as follows:
1. General household cleaning, including but not limited to, changing bed linens, cleaning kitchenettes, cleaning refridgerators, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and shower rooms, cleaning 24hr coin laundry, cleaning and keeping neat the pool area and rec area and cleaning and helping run the General Store.This position is under the supervision of the motel/store manager on staff. ( also a motel and cottages on site )
2. Outdoor maintinance, including but not limited to: cleaning pool, keeping porches and sidewalks clean and safe, painting, minor carpentry work, yard maintinance; mowing, racking, trimming of trees, using leaf blower and pressure washing when needed. This position is under the supervision of the property maintinance manager on staff.
