Property Management Resident Team ~ Experienced Only ~ For All-age Mobilehome Park - Riverside, CA

We are looking for an Experienced Resident Management Team Only.

Our company is currently looking to fill a position for a Resident Management Team for our 159 space All age Mobilehome Park in Riverside, CA.  The position offers a double wide mobilehome, salary & vacation time.  The management team must reside in the park owned mobilehome and are responsible to pay for their own utilities and any other  services.   We own and operate this Mobilehome Park and our Main Office generates all monthly statements for the residents and our Park Managers pass out the statements every month.

The job description is as follows for each “Team” member:

Office Team Member ~

One team member will run the office and handle all duties such as running credit checks on prospective residents, issuing and serving 3-day and 14-day notices, handle all rent payments and make deposits, handle the signing of all rental agreements, monthly reports, etc.  This team member must have previous office experience and should also be familiar with “Title 25” and the “California Civil Codes” for mobilehome park residency.  This position is one that requires experience handling Resident's with authority and tact as well as the general public. This position is M-F and office hours 9am-5pm and must be on-call for after hour emergencies only. 

Park Maintenance Team Member ~

The other team member will handle all of the maintenance that the park requires including mowing and maintaining all landscape, pool/spa cleaning & maintenance, general maintenance of the clubhouse, water meter reading and reporting to main office, water meter change outs, etc.  This position requires a good DMV record and a person in good pysical health.  This team member should also be familiar with “Title 25” and the “California Civil Codes” for mobilehome park residency.  This position is one that requires experience handling Resident's with authority and tact as well as the general public.  This position is M-F 9am-5pm and must be on-call for after hour emergencies only and to cover for the Assistant Manager during their vacation periods.

We require a management team that has current Mobilehome Park Management experience and is capable to handle any and all situations that may arise and act as a positive reflection upon our company.  We cannot stress enough that as Resident Managers our team is first and foremost employees and not considered “Residents”.  Our Managers and Assistant Managers do not have resident privileges such as use of the clubhouse or swimming pool/spa, etc.

Retail Management / One Year Ministry Internship - Cumming, GA

Christian ministry for women and children looking for retiree couple with extensive retail management experience looking to be trained to help women and children in a long-term residential ministry and manage three thrift stores. This opportunity begins with an internship (1 year) to be trained in helping families receive healing from addiction and mental health issues.

Must pass background check.

A bonus would be one person able to handle cooking and food management responsibilities.

Job includes managing three thrift stores totalling together 40,700 sq ft. Experience in retail management, design and promotion.

Couple will be trained in Christian Counseling as they receive ministry for the first six months and then begin to assist in ministry to others.

Seeking Working Couple for July, 2013 thru the end of November, 2013.

Would you enjoy fly fishing regularly in a fabulous trout stream?   Would you like to work in a camp (cabins, RV spaces and tenting area) close by one of the most popular (and best) trout streams (primarily rainbow & brown trout) in the United States?    We are looking for a husband and wife team to help with the camp’s operations.

One would help in the fly shop handling retail sales, addressing customer requests for information and assistance, taking and making guest reservations (Campground Master Reservation System experience would be helpful), helping clean the adjacent public restrooms, bathhouse and showers and clean the fly shop / office. The other would help with other daily chores such as trash collection and hauling, mowing lawns, watering grass, and maybe some maintenance issues that always arise in a business such as this.     There is flexibility in which spouse handles the various duties cited and it is hoped that working schedules can be coordinated for acceptability to both spouses and the business.

You would each work three to four days a week, two or three hours a day, leaving you plenty of time to fish, explore the area or travel locally.    All candidates are subject to a background check.    This could work out to be a long term position for the right couple. Wages to include free full hook up (you provide your own TV set up) plus an hourly wage better than most for hours worked, plus a small bonus for staying thru the end of November.

Work Campers for Golf Course Club House - Ajo, AZ

Seeking a couple or individual to work in the club house restaurant/bar at the Ajo Community Golf Course in Ajo, Arizona.  From mid-October thru mid-April we are seeking assistance with cooking, food prep, waiting tables, dishwashing, and cleaning.  If you have one or more of these skills and are willing to work 20 hours per week per person in exchange for one full hook-up RV site, this may be the winter job for you.  The Ajo Community Golf Course also known as the Ajo Country Club is situated about 6 miles north of the small and remote town of Ajo, AZ in the Sonoran desert of southern Arizona.   The atmosphere is very friendly and casual with a mix of full-time residents and winter visitors.  Ajo is the place where summer comes to spend the winter!
