A small hotel and rental management company in Bethel, AK is looking for a looking for a motivated person (or couple) to provide onsite management of various rental properties in Bethel. 

Live in and run a 9 unit hotel. Manage reservations, assist guests, clean suites.  Oversee 29 rental units in Bethel, ensuring properties are well run.  Generate maintenance work orders and coordinate repair/maintenance work in units.

Choose tenants in a reasonable manner and ensure high occupancy rates.

Accept tenant requests for services, and respond appropriately.

Create and maintain reports and records of all work performed on units, and overseeing/supervising the work.

The Sales Reps will be on the road from September 18, 2013 through November 12, 2013. Our company is currently looking to fill a position for a Resident Management Team for our 159 space All age Mobilehome Park in Riverside, CA.  The position offers a double wide coach, salary, vacation time & health insurance etc.  Managers are responsible to pay for their own utilities and any other services.   We own and operate this Mobilehome Park and our Main Office generates all monthly statements for the residents and our Managers pass out these statements every month.

The job description is as follows for each “Team” member:

We need one team member to run the office and handle all duties such as running credit checks on prospective residents, issuing and serving 3-day and 14-day notices, handle all rent payments and make deposits, handle the signing of all rental agreements, monthly reports, etc.  This team member should also be familiar with “Title 25” and the “California Civil Codes” for mobilehome park residency.  This position is one that requires authority and tact. This position is a M-f office hours 8am-4pm and must be on-call for after hour emergencies M 7am – Sat 7am. 

The other team member would handle all of the maintenance that the park requires including mowing and maintaining all landscape, pool/spa cleaning & maintenance, general maintenance of the clubhouse, water meter reading and reporting to main office, water meter change outs, etc.  This position requires a good DMV record and a person in good health.  This team member should also be familiar with “Title 25” and the “California Civil Codes” for mobilehome park residency.  This position is one that requires authority and tact.  This position is a M-f office hours 8am-4pm and must be on-call for after hour emergencies M 7am – Sat 7am.  Cover for Asst.
