FEATURED JOB OPENING: Onsite Manager Couple for a 126 unit Senior Retirement Community - Burien, WA

Seeking a husband & wife team to join our management staff.  We are a 126 unit  Active Senior Retirement Community.  This unique opportunity is available for a very special couple that want to make a difference in the lives of seniors.  We are a family owned and operated business located on an 11 acre campus with sweeping mountain views, beautiful landscaping, outdoor koi ponds, indoor pool and spa, craft rooms, woodshops, libraries and much more. 

Successful candidates will work four consecutive days on and 3 days off.  Must be energetic, outgoing personality and enjoy working with seniors.  Job duties include office work, computer skills including MS PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets, creating and maintaining calenders, creating posters and flyers, marketing and showing apartments,, some  car and bus driveing, light maintenance and leading group activities.  Must have, or  be able to acquire a WA state CDL/passenger endorsement driver license within 30 days of hire.
 Successful applicants subject to drug testing and background checks.  Must have previously lived or worked in western WA
