The Farmer is responsible for the care of our small working farm that includes horses, dairy, chickens, sheep, pigs, etc. The Waterfront Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining our vessels and should have good handyman and mechanical skills.

Innkeeper / Motel Operator - San Rafael, CA

Motel Manager/Innkeeper - Need an experienced Onsite Operator / Innkeeper to run a 20 room lodge with transit occupancy in a wooded setting in San Rafael, Marin County, Calif. Work hours are M-F 10am-4pm with 30 minute meal break & occasional weekend hours as needed for appointments and possible emergencies. Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required. We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.
