Live-in Caretaker/Couple - Parma, ID

Private party is seeking an active retired couple (or individual) to live on property comprised of farming and hunting grounds near Parma, Idaho. Duties include: lawn care and grounds keeping, light irrigation, light cleaning & maintenance, perimeter security, etc. (Approximately 60 hours per month during the winter months, and 80 hours per month during the summer months.) Compensation includes a home with power, water, heat and large garden space, plus an additional $800 monthly stipend. Feel free to pursue other means of employment while residing on our estate provided you are able to keep up with the caretaking responsibilities of our property.
