Full Time Innkeeper Couple - Manzanita, OR

Live-in Innkeeper couple for a 14-room inn in Manzanita, Oregon.

Successful applicants must be energetic, positive, outgoing, well organized, and possess an ability to prioritize and multi-task.  They should also be problem-solvers, good communicators, and have strong attention to detail. Experience in hospitality industry is important.

Duties include taking reservations by phone, email or online, all aspects of guest services, some billings & commission processing, maintaining rates, updating the website and social media, supervision of housekeeping staff (some Spanish is a plus), light maintenance, gardening and also rental and management of an adjacent cottage. Experience with web-based PMS is helpful, and marketing and graphic design skills are a plus.

Compensation includes live-in apartment, utilities, salary (30-40K DOE), paid vacation and possible bonus. Must be drug-free, and prefer nonsmoker. Please send resume, references and a cover letter explaining why you are a good fit for this position.
