Self Storage Management Team (Couple) needed - Houston, TX

Self Storage Management Team (couple) needed for facility in Houston Texas.  Job duties include rental of storage units, rent collection, phone and internet activities, banking, post office visits and maintenance of the facility.  Both people must be capable of renting storage units and operating the software used in the business.  Maintenance consists of light cleaning and repair of the facility as needed.  The job requires both people working 30-40 hours per week.

Compensation is a base salary plus a bonus paid quarterly based on the performance of the property.  Additionally, a two bedroom apartment is provided and living at the property is a requirement of the job.  No children are allowed to live at the property.  We are a non smoking environment.  Applicants must own a vehicle and a valid drivers license.  Background checks are conducted before job offers are made.
