Work along-side housekeepers, cleaning and maintaining 12 vacation cabins (most are approximately 400-500 Sq. Ft.

Food shopping and light baking, plus laundry.

Yard-work, hot tub and general maintenance, and coordination of repair people.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays. 

Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs.  Non-smokers preferred and no pets larger than 10 lbs.

Duties include:

Opening and closing of buildings

Tour and promote community to all prospective tenants

Chauffer residents in town car off site and with golf cart on site

WA CDL or Passenger Endorsement for 24 passenger bus is required as back-up driver

Lead community events and special events

Light maintenance:  general appearance of property, toilet and sink maintenance, light bulbs, resident maintenance requests

Light office work including rent collection and recording, maintaining onsite activity list

Answer phones, market community

Monitor and maintain indoor pool and spa

Resume, references, background check, and drug test required

AAA Four Diamond inn with a restaurant near Fredericksburg, Texas in the heart of the Texas hill country, is looking for a couple to help at night - a permanent full-time position. 

Your responsibilities would primarily be laundry and dishes and helping serve in the dining room.  This is a shift paid hourly and is approx. from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m..  We have a one bedroom apartment for you to live in on our 38 acre property.   We would also pay an hourly rate for each of you.  There is no charge for the apartment.
