Caretakers needed for private home in beautiful SW Oregon - Roseburg, OR

Caretaker/workers needed to care for private home in beautiful southwestern Oregon, in exchange for RV site with water, electricity, sewer and small storage building provided.  Ideally we would like a couple who could live on-site year round but would consider summers only for the right person or couple.  The person or couple we select to fill this position would be expected to perform approximately 40 hours of light-landscaping per month during summer months and less during the winter.  Duties include weeding, mowing, watering, caring for koi pond, feeding our 2 outdoor cats, etc.  There is a phone line to the RV site for phone/wifi but would be the caretakers responsibility if they chose to have it connected.  The RV site is in a quiet valley on 3-acres in beautiful Roseburg, Oregon at the end of a private road overlooking an old orchard with deer outside your door.  The site will be available August 1, when our current longtime caretakers move on.  References and background check required.   Thank you!
