Maintenance Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Maintenance duties include escorting guests to their sites for check-ins, general maintenance, resort cleanup, trash pick-up, restroom maintenance, mowing, trimming, landscaping, cleaning the pool and hot tub, and various projectsand other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.
Housekeeper Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Housecleaning duties include thorough cleaning of all of our public buildings and cabins, and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.
Store Clerk Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Store Clerk position requires an outgoing personality person with good telephone voice, greeting customers, taking reservations, computer knowledge, cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning the store and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.
Work Camper position is for trade of 28 hours per week, which is four 7 hour shifts per week and these shifts can be divided in any combination for Work camper couples. Compensation is for your accommodations which include a full hookup site including utilities, propane deliveries, laundry, and a 10% General Store discount, but does NOT include pay. Additionally, Top of the Hill RV Resort pays a $250.00 bonus for committing to and completing a full year of service (one bonus for one year of 28 hours of weekly service being completed).
Management Couple Needed for Boutique Motel - Cedar Key, FL
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Live-In position. Includes a 1 bed/1 bath apartment plus utilities. Includes a base salary also. You will be responsible for both front and back-end management including check in/check out, accounting, customer service, housekeeping, laundry, groundskeeping, maintenance/handyman duties and more. Must be reliable and organized. Must also be available to interview immediately. Prior experience with hotel/motel management is REQUIRED - no exceptions. No out of state applicants are being considered at this time.
Job requirements:
· Overall operation of Inn
· Housekeeping (cleaning rooms, bathrooms & restocking room supplies, laundry, etc.)
· General maintenance and groundskeeping
· Reservations Management with web-based PMS
· Guest check-ins/check-outs
· Processing payments and maintaining daily accounting records
· Guest relations and concierge services
· Experience marketing Inn through advertising, social media, booking engines, etc.
· Interact with guests paying outstanding attention to their needs in order to make their stay at the Inn a pleasantly memorable one – one that will bring them back.
This is a great opportunity for the right person or couple with knowledge of the hospitality industry, maintenance, housekeeping and guest services. The success of our 9-room, family friendly motel will be completely dependent upon your contribution and enthusiasm.
The motel does not have support staff. The entire property is managed and maintained by the couple hired. This is not a management position or office job only! You will be required to get dirty cleaning rooms while maintaining a professional demeanor with guests both on the phone and in person.

Superintendent/Resident Manager Couple - Oakville, ON

Our client, Kerr Apartment LTD. is currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated, Superintendent/Resident Manager Couple for a 40 unit building in Oakville, Ontario.
As successful candidates, you and your partner will work in the building (part time) and live together in an apartment onsite. In this role, one partner will be responsible for overseeing property maintenance and small job repairs, and the other partner will ensure that the building is clean and presentable. You will be the face of this building, and will assume the following responsibilities:
- Receive and promptly address tenants' concerns
- Show vacant apartments to prospective tenants; turn over apartments from old tenants to new tenants (clean, paint, and patch walls)
- Follow an "on-call" schedule on specified evenings and weekends
- Maintain a daily "log" for the building
- Maintain grounds in tidy "debris-free" condition
- Facilitate work orders and perform minor "handyman" maintenance including basic plumbing and electrical maintenance
- Possess basic computer skills
- Monitor activity throughout the building, ensuring tenants adhere to Kerr Apartment LTD. policies
Experience Required:
- Experience as a "live-in" superintendent/Manager Couple in a building of a comparable size
- Have strong communication skills; ability to problem solve, and most importantly, the ability to resolve conflict in a respectful and professional manner

Must clean room when occupant checks out and laundry duties (sheets changed weekly on long term guests). Also responsible of minor maintaince issues and sweeping of walkways and parking lot. Position includes studio unit connected to office. Utilities included. Pay is negotiable.
I want to make it very clear that this is not the most glamerous position that one might find. The tenants are working class at best, with some on gov. SSI payments. Needs a person with a tough hand and no nonsense management style.
