FT Innkeeper/General Manager | 35 Room Boutique-Style Hotel, Gardnerville, NV. – 

We are looking for a hardworking, honest couple with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to assume the management of our upscale, pet friendly, 35 room hotel in Gardnerville, NV.  Gardnerville, located just outside of Carson City was voted 1 of the best places to retire last year.

This full time / year round position requires the dedication and motivation to create an idyllic experience for our guests while balancing the needs of the business.  Job requirements include overseeing breakfast and retail sales (including F&B), group functions, hiring and training and leading and managing a team and becoming very involved in the town.  You must have a strong desire to building relationships within our small community and the surround and attend functions on behalf of your Inn.  Event set up, sales, oversight and participation, some housekeeping and laundry (during low occupancy periods), grounds work and property maintenance, off season renovation projects, staff hiring and supervision and of course reservations and guest interaction (and much more).   This is a HANDS-ON JOB.  If you are looking for a lifestyle change and a beautiful vibrant place to live, please send us your information.   Bonus skills: culinary/pastry background, retail oversight, group functions, light repair and maintenance.
