Experienced Resident Assistant Management Team Only - Riverside, CA

We are looking for an Experienced Resident Assistant Management Team Only.
Our company is currently looking to fill a position for a Resident Assistant Management Team for our 159 space All age Mobilehome Park in Riverside, CA. This position requires two (2) applicants. The position offers a mobilehome & space rent as compensation. The Assistant Management Team must reside in the park owned mobilehome and are responsible to pay for their own utilities and any other services.
The job description is as follows for each “Team” member:
Office Team Member ~
This position is first and foremost as back-up only while the Park Managers are on vacation 2 weeks (10 days) out of each year and on alternating holidays. This team member will fill in for the office Manager and handle duties such as running credit checks on prospective residents, issuing and serving 3-day and 14-day notices, handle rent payments and make deposits, handle the signing of all rental agreements, monthly reports, etc. This position would cover M-F office hours 9 am-5 pm only during the 2 week (10 day) period that the Managers are on vacation, alternating Holidays and must be on-call for after hour emergencies only starting Friday evening at 5:01 pm through Monday 8:59 am and alternating Holidays.
Park Maintenance Team Member ~
The position will handle all weekend maintenance that the park Manager requests including mowing and maintaining all landscape, sprinklers, pool/spa cleaning & maintenance of the common areas, general maintenance of the clubhouse, water meter reading and reporting to main office, water meter change outs, etc. This position requires a good DMV record and a person in good physical health. This position is on-call starting Friday from 5:01 pm to Monday 8:59 am, and is required to physically work Saturday & Sunday 8 am-5 pm, open the Club House @ 8 am on Saturday & Sunday and close it @ 9 or 10 pm and must be on-call for after hour emergencies only on these 2 days and also to cover for the Managers 2 - weeks (10 days) out of the year during their vacation periods and alternating Holidays.
We require that our Assistant Management Team has current Mobilehome Park Management and/or Apartment Management experience. We also require that they be capable to handle any and all situations that may arise while on-duty and act as a positive reflection upon our company. We cannot stress enough that as Resident Assistant Managers our team is first and foremost employees and that they are not considered “Residents”.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Home Community Manager Team in Fayetteville, NC. This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a salary, a wonderful manager's house, including an allowance for utility expenses, gas allowance, and health insurance after 3 months of employment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are normal weekdays with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community.
