WE ARE LOOKING FOR LONG TERM TEAM MEMBERS LOOKING TO GROW WITH OUR COMPANY!!!! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Home Community Manager Team. This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives.
We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's house, including paid utilities and generous home sales bonuses.
REQUIREMENTS: It is preferred that applicants apply as a team! Work hours are a normal weekday presence with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. This is a relatively small community of 40 spaces and does not take a full time work schedule to manage. This is a great fit for a retired team looking for a job and housing in this area.
Applicants must live on-site in provided home. Customer Service, Maintenance and Computer skills are preffered. Candidates must pass a background and credit check.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Rent Collection, Maintain organized resident files, Enforce park rules, Promote positive resident relations, such as newsletters & Park Maintenance. Create a sense of Community and promote community events and activities.
Location: Peoria, Arizona which is close enough to Phoenix for all essentials with a smaller community feel.

Working Housekeeping & Maintenance Manager Couple for Lodge - South Fork, Colorado, CO

Immediate opening for live on site Housekeeping & Maintenance Couple. PERMANENT year round position for a couple to work in housekeeping, laundry and maintenance. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintenance of 15 cabins. The couple selected for this position must also be willing to cross train in other areas such as front desk, errands, guest relations, more. This position requires a willingness to work at all tasks on site. Compensation package is $18,000 salary year per couple with basic housing (efficiency cabin large enough fro 2 people) plus utilities. We are open from 8:00 am-9:00 pm 365 days a year. Days off are scheduled as guest traffic permits. There will be days where the work is split into different shifts (example: 9am-noon, then 5 pm-9pm, or some other variation), days where one person works and the other person does not work, days where 1-2 hours of work are required with the rest of the day off, days where you are on from 8:00 am-9:00 pm. There will be extended time frames during peak season where you will work every day. This position requires a structured lifestyle geared to guest hospitality. Slow season is April and May. Peak times are Christmas Break, Spring Break, July, during reunions, some 3 day holidays. PRIOR HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED but we are willing to train the right couple.
We are a small family run cabin property located 17 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area central to all outdoor sports year round. Elevation 8250' above sea level. **Please do not apply for this position if you have health issues affected by altitude and/or cold climate.* This is a smaller rustic outdoor sports location. Area offers all outdoor sports: snowmobiling, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, ice climbing, mountain biking, hiking, all kinds of fishing, paddling, 4 wheeling, ATVing … all the outdoor sports, we go from one season to another of sports. Our town is SMALL. The closest Walmart is 47 miles, closest hospital is 17 miles, closest movie theatre 33 miles. This location is geared to people that love outdoor sports versus shopping, malls and movies.
We seek people with smiles and a “can do” attitude. One of you must be able to handle general repairs such as basic plumbing, carpentry and other all around repairs. Looking for team players willing to work at anything needing attention from painting inside/out, lawns, minor sewing repairs, window cleaning, caulking, grouting, minor repairs, hot tub maintenance, carpet cleaning, supply runs, housekeeping, laundry, front desk. If anything needs done, you must be willing to cheerfully take care of it. You will need to be great with people, genuinely happy people with smiles and "can do" attitudes, no smoking, no problem drinkers, happy and willing to work at *any* task, must love animals. Experience has taught us only happy flexible people fit in here and we will, unfortunately, not be able to keep anyone with less than cheerful attitudes coming here to work and live. NON SMOKERS ONLY, NO PROBLEM DRINKERS, NO DRUG USE ….. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Hours are variable according to season. Schedule is not regular in nature. Time off is scheduled as available and is not always able to be determined in advance according to guest traffic. There are many weeks we are required to work 7 days a week. Holidays are required.
Only those able to take direction and work independently to follow through on those directions will be considered. You must be self starters able to organize work needing done, then carry out the work efficiently and quickly. The couple hired will be considered essential personnel and must be very responsible, guest service oriented and willing to go the extra mile when required. Housing includes cable TV, wifi, local telephone, utilities, use of snowshoes and kayak when not in use. Employees will be rewarded for excellence.

Managers must be energetic, out-going self starters with experience in sales and customer service; self storage legal or property management experience a plus. Must also actively sell moving and packing materials, control delinquencies, and maintain an orderly facility.
