They are looking for an impeccably honest, reliable, hardworking and mature couple to replace their current couple who are retiring after almost 20 years. This unique opportunity requires a long term commitment preferably with relevant experience and strong positive references. There are separate living quarters within the house including a private kitchen. The compensation package in addition to housing and a food allowance, consists of a generous salary and benefit package which includes healthcare, dental plan and vision insurance, 2 week’s vacation and 2 days off each week.
Caretaker:
- Willing to do indoor and outdoor work. There is additional gardening help on this estate.
- General handyman services and some mechanical ability desirable.
Housekeeper/cook:

- Responsible for general indoor cleaning and careful care of fine furniture, etc.

Property Maintenance and Inspections
Compensation - $1,000 a month plus free housing, utilites and sales bonuses.
