Join us in the creation of an EcoVillage in Sandy, Oregon

Our property consists of 27 occupied duplexes, one house, and one studio nestled in the trees on the way to Mt. Hood. Only a 40-minute drive to Portland proper.

We are looking for a solid responsible couple  with property management experience; light maintenance skills; and a love of landscaping and gardening. It is important to have excellent communications skills; desire to work with a team; and be a conscientious and conscious person. Please have basic computer skills as well as business savvy.

Along with the daily task of managing the property, we are looking for help in creating our vision for the future there. A warm and wonderful place where the residents grow their food and gather as a community with the potential to eventually own their homes. The long range goal of a co-housing Eco Village complete with community gardens, compost bins, solar panels, water catchment systems and much more is possible with your enthusiasm and your skills!!!

The work is part time and includes a 2-bedroom, 800 sq ft duplex plus $500.00 per month in cash to start with. There is potential to earn extra money for other work on the property.
