Job duties are running the office, caring for the lawn and shrubs, pool care,  and clubhouse cleaning and maintenance.

Live-in security/handman/housekeeping for a mature couple - Upstate NY, NY

We are seeking a mature, non-smoking couple to reside on an historic camp in the Adirondack Mountains.   Ideally they will be a retired couple that could provide security and first response in the event of an emergency for times when other employees are not present, typically on weekends and nights.  Basic mechanical skills are necessary to handle small repairs that come up at night or on the weekends.  Housekeeping duties are needed during the summer months, as well as some kitchen help.  One or both people are required to be on the property during nights and weekends as a security measure.  During the winter months the couple will be responsible for snow removal on a 1.5 mile stretch of road.   High quality housing is provided as a part of their salary. 

RV Park Hosts - Cantwell/Denali, AK

Couples wanted for 2015 summer season, May 20th-September 10,  2015.   Duties include front desk work, retail sales, routine cleaning and maintenance.  Position is part-time, 4 days a week, 3 consecutive time off.  Flexible schedule to allow for more exploration of the great state of Alaska.  Pull-through site with utilities, use of facility, WiFi, in exchange for 20 hours of work per week. Additional hours paid.   End of year bonus for couples who stay the entire season.  Must be friendly, hard-working and self-directed.  RV park located 27 miles south of entrance to Denali National Park.  Beautiful area, lots of hiking and wildlife viewing.
