RV Park Work Campers - Maintenance, Housekeeping & Office OPENINGS for COUPLES - Silver Springs, FL

We are looking to hire 2-3 Work Camper COUPLES for our 55+ park which is located in Silver Springs, Florida.  We are just down the road from beautiful historic Ocala, Florida.  We are approximately 40 miles west of Orlando, Fl. and only 30+ miles south of Gainesville, Fl. which has one of the largest, full staffed VA Hospitals in the State. Pets allowed - dogs must not be larger than 40 lbs and no vicious breeds.

We are looking for friendly, dedicated, Work Campers that are interested in becoming part of our "Team Concept" in helping make our park a better place for all who join us in making their "home away from home" a place everyone can be proud to call their home!  These positions are available for year-around couples or those that are available during the winter season November-April and also the summer season May-October of each year.

The job openings we currently are hiring for are 1)  Park Maintenance - mowing, trimming, raking, edging, tree/bush trimming, power washing, pool maintenance, landscaping, maintaining rental RV units; reading/logging & reporting both electric & water meter readings every month; repairing water/electric meters as needed and ability to dig and replace broken water lines/pipes throughout the park, as needed and possess basic electrical repairs when needed; also basic overall full maintenance of the park on a daily basis;  2)  Housekeeping - including scrubbing, disinfecting/deodorizing two separate Bath Houses for both men & women with over 30 stalls/showers/sinks in total, as well as cleaning a 24-unit laundry facility on a daily basis; clubhouse/office cleaned daily - vacuuming/dusting maintaining inside of building and 3) "Garden Room" cleaning & mopping our entertainment area 3-5 days a week and last but not least - 4)  Office Work - taking payments and reservations daily, computer knowledge running basic campground computer program; window cleaning and be interactive with residents and we prefer very strong customer service skills.  Basic bookkeeping & accounting a plus with computer MS Office & Word important.

Chef Couple in the Caribbean - Cooper Island - Tortola

Our Caribbean resort is looking to fill the positions for two new dynamic Chefs from May 2015.  Both positions must have a recognized qualification NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years working in a high volume kitchen.  One of the chefs will need to have experience and a passion for pastry & desserts to provide the requirement for our restaurant & coffee shop. 

All applicants must be willing to live full-time on a small island, working split-shifts, evenings, weekends & public holidays.  A one year Work Permit is required for all Nationalities subject to approval by the Labour and Immigration Departments, so if you have a criminal record or major health issues approval will be denied. Idaho Backcountry Guest Ranch/Outfitting business: Staff Manager couple needed - Riggins, ID

Couple needed to help owners run the day to day operations of an Idaho Backcountry Guest Ranch. We offer a beautiful guest ranch with lodging, meals, jet boat tours, fishing, hunting, backcountry wedding venue and family reunions in the Idaho Backcountry Wilderness. Very remote location. Only accessible by jet boat, airplane, or rugged backcountry 4X4 road.

Year round position. Position starts 02/15/15. Skills needed are: management, cooking, cleaning, mechanical, organizational, preferably stock (horses/mules) experiance but not a must, people/social skills, patience in working with employees.

Couple needed to help with: • Ranch Maintenance (greasing Pelton wheel, fixing fence, water lines, hydro, septic issues, general building and equipment maintenance) • Routine maintenance on ATVs, tractor, trailers, sprayers, lawnmower • keeping track of maintenance logs and fuel/propane usage logs • maintain on-going list of town products needed (shop supplies, oil, fuel, etc.) • overseeing annual ranch maintenance projects such as staining buildings and fences, (coordinating and insuring projects get completed by hired hands) • filing propane tanks and keeping track of propane logs • Shop organization • Overseeing winterization of buildings ad equipment annually • meal planning • grocery/inventory lists • occasional cooking & baking (During slower season) - will have hired cook during busy and peak season • housekeeping and overseeing housekeepers/maids, • overseeing cleanliness of ranch, rooms, and lodge, • greeting guests, • helping to manage employees (1-4 employees depending on time of year) • weeding and watering flower beds

Must have a "It's not over until its over" attitude! Days are long but rewarding. Days that we have guests at ranch are full however, days that we don't there is down time. Must help with making sure all jobs are taken care of (during busy and peak season will have have a maid and cook.) Help to oversee full time maintenance person. During hunting season, will help owner with packing and setting wilderness hunting camps as well as trail clearing.

Starting pay is $3,000/per couple/month. Retirement after 6 months of employment. Monthly bonus potential based on monthly employee evaluations during busy seasons. Extended time out of ranch can be negotiated during certain times of year (pay will change) and expect to work 5-6 days/week with 1 day off. 4 weeks on and 4-6 days out of ranch . Annual raise will be given if returning for next season. Housing and meals will be provided (Tax free). Onsite home will be provided with private bathroom and utilities. Jet boat transportation in and out of ranch will be provided.

February - May is slower season, June - August is busy guest ranch summer season, and September - November 20th is Peak Season with hunting and fishing.

Position calls for a strong executive housekeeper/house manager type-ironing/laundering, deep cleaning, managing contractors, formal serving, basic meal preparations, gardening. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and willingness to work in NYC as needed. Position is Wednesday to Sunday. The gentleman must be a strong and polished Houseman/Driver-(driving between CT/NYC and at times LI. Duties include landscaping,gardening, handy man type and formal serving. Couple will have their own private house on the property. Family comes up on the weekends (Friday-Sunday), along with a weekend chef. Salary range (depending on experience), $120-150,000.
