Experienced Hospitality Management Couple - Nantucket Island, MA

The Veranda House Hotel Collection on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced management couple as General Managers of our boutique hotel collection consisting of 32 rooms.  Although the properties are seasonally, the position is year round. 

We are looking for a candidate with several years of hospitality management experience familiar with all aspects of the business such as reservation software, selling rooms, running operations, social media. 

Responsibilities include front desk coverage, reservations and selling rooms, guest relations and services, concierge services, supervising and managing a 15 person staff, light maintenance.  This position is HANDS ON meaning willing to jump in as needed. Our #1 priority is our guests’ experience so a professional demeanor combined with flexibility and a sense of humor, an enthusiastic personality, and dedication and motivation to create and idyllic experience are required.  In addition, the business needs require the couple to have strong organizational and time management skills, computer skills, phone and communication skills, problem solving skills and an unrelenting eye for detail.
