Remote luxury wilderness lodge in Prince Willam Sound, Alaska is seeking high energy, adventurous couple to manage seasonal staff and daily operations of a remote Fishing Lodge. 

Previous experience in hospitality industry and living in remote areas is preferred!

The duties and responsibilities include managing daily operations of the lodge. These would include welcoming guests and providing orientation, up-keep of cabins, main Lodge and all the buildings on the property. Preparing meals, washing laundry, serving food, doing dishes, processing fish, clean and ensure that "Five Star"  experience for all clients is the #1 priority ! 

Mechanically inclined partner with experience in light carpentry, light electrical and plumbing is preferred. The couple is required to maintain and operate diesel generator, battery bank, solar energy, small boat engines, skiff and mini barge for hauling water, supplies, equipment and clients from a nearby port.

This is a year after year seasonal opportunity to work and live in one of the most pristine and breathtaking places on Earth!

Seasonal dates are May 1st - September 15th, however these dates are negotiable. 

Compensation includes salary plus gratuity. 

The owners of the lodge are fun and adventurous bunch, involved in seasonal operations of the lodge and responsible for assistance with delivery of supplies and general maintenance of the property.

Volunteer Camp Host - Moab, UT

Description: We are looking for a retired couple or individual with an RV to act as a volunteer Camp Host at our field camp in beautiful Professor Valley. We will provide the RV hook-up and utilities; volunteers will live in RV on site. Duties include basic camp maintenance (including weeding and carpentry), acting as a host to visiting groups, and basic security of the camp. If the applicant is a member of a couple, the second member of the couple may be interested in one of our field cook positions or other paid positions to be found on our website. The camp is located about half an hour outside of Moab, UT, and less than a mile from the Colorado River.

We are an outdoor education non-profit and our field camp plays host to various visiting groups; mostly student groups, typically middle school age.

Qualifications

·         Maintenance skills including carpentry and the ability to fix things that break at the site

Maximizing Occupancy

Maximizing Revenue and Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility

Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives

Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers

Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)

Ability to be driven by performance goals

Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses

Part Time Work Campers - Rockport, TX

We have a long term work camper position open for an RVing couple looking to settle down for a while. One workcamper's duties will be in Maintenance. The spring/summer season will be the busiest time with site maintenance (mowing, weed eating, etc. which will dominate your time in the summer) plus cleaning laundry rooms,restrooms and showers, We also have cottages near by that will need cleaning when people vacate. At other times, you will focus on general campground maintenance an improvement projects. Duties may include light electrical, plumbing, hedge trimming, and general maintenance of common areas You will also be asked to assist with special events/activities. Holidays are required. This workamper must be in good health and able to work in the Texas heat and humidity. The 2nd workamper will be primarily managing the phone... answering questions, describing amenities, and showing available sites. Other responsibilities will be to receive deposits, collect rent electric payments, and some light bookkeeping This workamper will also be asked to assist with special events/activities and ther will be some light housekeeping of the office, laundry, restrooms and club house. Again Holidays for activies are required. As compensation for an average of 24 hours per week, per couple, you will receive a FHU, Large RV site at our E-Z Livin' RV Park, Small Salary of $1000.00 and $100.00 off your electric and free Direct TV each month. You will need to be flexible on days, and cover anytime the Managers are off or on vacation. 

RV Couples: Gate Guards - South Texas, TX

TX: Gate Guards are needed for security in the oil field in the Eagle Ford Shale area. Applicants should be neat and clean in appearance, fit and able to withstand outdoor working conditions in remote locations. 

MUST have an RV in good working order
