Onsite RV Park Manager Position available in Bakersfield, California. Exceptionally Well-Maintained, 41-Space, All Age, Monthly RV Park community that is Quiet, Gated and with a "home-like" atmosphere. Essential Functions:
- Effectively market our RV Park communities
- Maintain Occupancy
- Conduct Move ins and Move Outs
- Answer and return calls, texts and emails
- Rent Collection
- Answer Tenant questions and resolve tenant issues or complaints
- Make sure tenants are following policy
- Open & Close Park Facilities Daily
- Manage vendors
- Maintain park facilities and grounds
- Seasonal Pool Maintenance (May – September)
- Handle Park Maintenance Projects as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance
- Ability to work Office Hours of Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm (closed for lunch) & Park Facility Close-Up Hours of Monday to Friday 10pm -10:30pm
- Ability to be available for Park Emergencies
- Ability to cover for Weekend Relief Managers when they are sick or go on vacation
- Computer and office work experience
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Maintain professional dress attire
- Ability to problem solve efficiently
- Ability to work with tenants of various backgrounds and find resolution to issues
- Ability to perform maintenance

Enthusiastic, organized managers with good people skills needed for RV park in Kingman Arizona. This is a family-owned business where we value our employees. The campground is between Phoenix (175 miles) and Las Vegas (100 miles). It is on nostalgic Route 66, nestled between both the West and South entrances to the Grand Canyon. The ghost towns in the area (Oatman etc.), Flagstaff mountains and Lake Havasu are also great places to explore. Located just off I-40 about 30 minutes east of Laughlin Nevada and the Colorado River, the winters are mild and summers cooler than southern Arizona. We would like a 2-year commitment but are flexible .
The managers will be building excellent guest relations with our staff, supervising and working with about 8 employees in maintaining the buildings and grounds on the campground, working on projects, housekeeping, and overseeing the convenience store/gift shop and RV checkin. Compensation is in the $33,000 each range but is negotiable depending on experience. A bonus is available depending on customer satisfaction. In addition to salary is a 3-bedroom home with utilities included (about $20,000 value).
We prefer a couple, with one being inside manager and the other outside manager. Construction, contracting, mechanical and/or retail experience a plus.

Part Time work in exchange for RV lot with utilities on lovely, private small ranch east of Sarasota Florida. Internet, 50Amp power, sewer, water. Responsibilities include care and maintenance of livestock, mechanical care of small engines, gardening, irrigation, handyman, lawn care, weeding, pruning, fertilizing, fruit tree care, etc for small ranch. All equipment and tools needed are provided. Must have experience operating a tractor.
Must have experience and be self-starters, problem-solvers and learners with a servant's heart temperment. This is a drama free environment. Prior recent experience in farm/ranch service roles required with demonstrated performance working for owners. Takes direction well and also works and learns independently. Each person is encouraged to contribute their giftings to the stewardship and care of the ranch. Approx. 20 total hours per week required in exchange for lot. This opportunity is best fit for those who are looking to get away from the fray, stay active and productive, and enjoy rural living in sunny Florida year round.
Typical schedule is as follows: Monday - Friday 9am - noon (2 people x 2 hours a day each) and Saturday & Sunday 9-9;30 (2 people x 1/2 hours each). The work must be done daily. (This is not an opportunity where you can just work a couple of days a week.) Each person must be able to lift and carry 50lb bags of feed and other materials.
Best fit for applicants with income from independent sources such as remote working, retirement, pension, other as it is required that you stay on the property and not have a job which would take you away from the ranch on a daily basis. THIS IS A YEAR ROUND COMMITMENT, YOU MUST BE HERE IN THE SUMMER. Monthly stipend and/or pay available for qualified candidates and dependent on work arrangement.
NO PETS. This is a year round position and one year minimum commitment is required.

Resort Couple for new Cabin/Lodge retreat opening Spring 2024 - South Bruce Peninsula, ON

Lavender Lake is a beautiful resort retreat consisting of 34 full-service cottages and a lodge with 15 full-service suites. Also on-site is a leased restaurant/bar, games room, tennis courts, mini golf, and spa. Situated directly on the shores of Lake Huron, with a marina (3rd party operated), and close to hiking trails and the famous grotto on the Bruce Peninsula. Your home will be a well-appointed home on the property. Hiking, canoeing, fishing, boating, and in the winter, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing are right outside your door.
Our Resort Couple job (couple = any two people who will share the house and fill the jobs) will be integral in the opening of this new resort. A chance to contribute your personal touches! Both people in the couple will need to learn every job on the resort, but usually, one person does more outside grounds-keeping tasks and maintenance, and the other excels at guest services and housekeeping. There are 7-9 other employees, mainly housekeepers and grounds crew, but we expect the Resort Couple to be a model for employee excellence for everyone and to demonstrate leadership and a positive attitude.
Full-time, all-year employment, or long-seasonal options (prefer all-year). Benefits for employees who become permanent, year-round. All jobs at Lavender Lake are physically active. There is often a great deal of moving and lifting, so applicants need to enjoy a good workout as part of their daily job. This couple's role requires both persons to have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Personal pets can be considered by interview. They have to pass strict criteria, just like an employee!
As we move further into the construction phase of the Lodge, we will require a couple who enjoy rolling their sleeves up and jumping in where needed, to help keep the resort running smoothly and cleanly; a great front guest service person who is the show-runner for the entire resort on a busy day; and an extremely detailed-oriented cleaner with a critical eye for spotting imperfections. The other role will be integral to our grounds and maintenance tasks taking on the development of a schedule for the upkeep of the property and input into some outdoor design aspects.
