Workamper Volunteers work 4 days on/4 days off for total of 24 hours per shift. Couples only. In trade for Full hook-ups, laundry, water.

Will be responsible for site checks, checking in guests after hours until 10 p.m. Manage Emergency phone after hours. Lock and unlock buildings, cover/uncover pool and hot tub, and other associated duties. We take pride in the our park. Being friendly and helpful with guests is a must. Customer service is our priority.

Located next to Yuma, AZ in Winterhaven, CA. We are a 55+ park with a great friendly work environment with over 200 mature palm trees. Pet friendly (limit of 2).

Groundskeeper(s) - Winterhaven, CA

Groundskeeper Position Available: Volunteer Work consists of site cleanup for arrivals and departures. Basic landscaping needs such as weeding, trimming, raking, picking up, blowing, mowing, etc. Compensation: Work 3 days per week for a total of 24 hours in trade for 1 site with Full hook-ups, laundry, and water. Mountain Cabin and Lodging Property Manager and Host Couple - Buena Vista, CO

We are a family owned seasonal mountain cabin rental and lodging property looking for a retired couple that can manage the day to day operations of our outdoor hospitality business. We are looking for 2024 season employees. We are a 5 acre property with 7 cabins and 3 lodge rooms and a mainlodge.

All rental units have kitchenetttes stocked with dish and cook ware. No food is served or sold on property. We are nestled in the middle of a national forest with spectacular views. We are an off-grid property powered by solar and propane heat with backup generators. We are a seasonal business needing employees from mid to late May until mid to late September.

On property housing at no charge is avaiable. Job duites include answering phone calls, emails and taking bookings from guests, helping guests get settled into their cabins and assisting with anything they might need during their stay, cabin cleaning, some laundry, town runs for supplies, general property maintance such as mowing, caring for flowers, small repairs to cabins if needed, a basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry is helpful.

Club Property Caretakers - NE Oklahoma

A private club located in a quiet, rural forest setting on 180-acre property bordered by beautiful medium-sized natural stream and wildlife management property in Oklahoma seeks full-time caretakers to be responsible for the management, appearance, and cleanliness of the property and club member lodge.

Desired skills include grounds keeping, lawn maintenance (20 acre), tractor and chainsaw operation, contractor coordination, water system maintenance, general carpentry, cleaning, and ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Must have excellent communication skills, driver’s license, no criminal record, and be able to lift 80 pounds or more.

In addition to salary, benefits include free on-site living quarters with gardening area. Utilities, high-speed internet, tools and truck for club operation are also provided. Plus, all of the fishing you want (license provided). The position is year-round (not seasonal) and includes two weeks of vacation per year and two days off per week.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Property Maintenance / Caretaker Team Position - St Cloud, MN

We are looking for a bright, talented, self-motivated  TEAM for Maintenance / Caretaker team for our communities in St. Joseph and St. Cloud, MN. The team is two people, both full-time. As a team you would work together on maintenance and cleaning the communities including maintenance, lawn, snow removal, cleaning and turns.

The right candidates will be friendly, professional and have excellent customer service skills. Must be computer-literate, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written skills are a must. The team will be responsible for a wide array of duties and tasks involved in maintaining the communities. These duties include, but are not limited to:

Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and rental units as needed
Grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenance
Organize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and improvements

Live on site preferred: Included in compensation for this position is Caretaker housing.

Property Caretakers – north of Macon, GA

Need long term (one year minimum) property caretakers for private, rural, 2nd home compound.

Security presence/DAILY ROUNDS of building sites (not of the entire acreage). GROUNDS maintenance. Seasonal mowing/weed eating/leaves/pruning/watering. Mostly old growth woodland/small streams. MAIL collection at 2 sites. General rural mindset. Attentiveness. Communication.

Interviewing now:  Current two year caretaker contract ends Nov 1.

May need short term (3-6 month) RV temp starting Nov 1 to cover any scheduling lapses.

Housing with private shop and 12 acre private wooded “yard”. All utilities and 50 Mb internet provided.

Temp RV site: Full 50 amp hookup, 50 Mb wifi. 10 acre private wooded "yard" including vegetable garden, vineyard area, picnic amenities. All sites on compound: none in sight of other.  Remote, peace, beauty, total privacy, low pressure, unstructured duties schedule.
