Small RV Park looking for a year-round on-site park host couple - Stevenson, WA

RV Park is accepting applications for a year-round host couple, but will consider single, for an on-site park host position. Preferably (semi) retired, not solely dependent on income from host-position, outgoing, and honest, with good customer service skills.

Duties include greeting guests, grounds keeping, selling propane, collecting garbage, litter pickup, upkeep bath house/laundry/community room etc., keeping an eye on the park, making sure rules are followed (dogs on leash, speed limit, etc.) and lend a hand when needed. Our park is appr. 5 acres, quiet, well-kept (27 sites), with a lot of repeat business (mainly fishermen), and several permanent residents. We also have four motel rooms.

We want our host to have the ability to work with minimal supervision, to learn quickly, to work and follow instructions accurately. Attitude is everything. Basic knowledge of RV’s, maintenance, plumbing, electricity, and power and hand tools a must. 

This is a non-paid position. Actual work hours on average 1 - 2 per day. For compensation, you receive your site including utilities (water, 30 AMP electricity, sewer, cable tv and wifi). Additional work is available. This can be discussed and will be paid @ $ 10.- an hour.
