We are looking for full-time innkeeper/s for our 9 bedroom Inn in Vermont. With recent renovations including heated bathroom floors and updated decor the guests love it, which makes your job easier! We are looking for an individual or couple not afraid of the demands of seasonal work balanced by the idyllic setting and slow pace of a small town.

Tasks include sales and marketing, use of reservation software, front desk operations as well as general hotel operations and management. Our number one priority is guest experience so a professional demeanor is a must. The right person will be flexible, have a sense of humor, an enthusiastic personality and be dedicated and motivated to create idyllic experiences for our guests.

We are looking for a manager to take over running our mobile home community in Mesa, Arizona. We need an onsite manager who is capable with handling office work and selling homes in the community. Need to be computer literate and work well with others, having a great attitude and self starter is a necessity.

Overall management of the mobile home park community including, but not limited to:

Interaction with Park Residents which includes rent collection, investigation of complaints and collecting feedback from residents to act as a liaison between ownership and tenants

Keeping resident files up to date

Greeting and interacting with prospective residents

Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations; resolve problems following management rules and regulations

Bookkeeping which includes tenant billing, bank deposits, recording tenant payments and adjustments, management of petty cash

Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance

Routinely inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment; create work orders relating to repairs and maintenance

Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security services

Handling Emergency Situations

Starting salary $2500 per month

Workcamper Couple - West Branch, MI

Workcamper couple needed for small RV Park for the 2016 season. In exchange for approximately 15-20 hrs a week (combined, not per person) for everyday normal campground chores the Couple will receive a nice 50amp/sewer hook up site that includes propane, electric and a private internet connection.

Workcampers are needed from mid May 2016 to mid September 2016. An hourly wage will be paid for any xtra hours worked. Maintenance Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Maintenance duties include escorting guests to their sites for check-ins, general maintenance, resort cleanup, trash pick-up, restroom maintenance, mowing, trimming, landscaping, cleaning the pool and hot tub, and various projectsand other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.

Housekeeper Work Campersmust provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Housecleaning duties include thorough cleaning of all of our public buildings and cabins, and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.

Store Clerk Work Campersmust provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Store Clerk position requires an outgoing personality person with good telephone voice, greeting customers, taking reservations, computer knowledge a must, cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning the store and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.

Work Camper position is for trade of 28 hours per week, which is four 7 hour shifts per week and these shifts can be divided in any combination for Work camper couples. Compensation is for your accommodations which include a full hookup site including utilities, propane deliveries, laundry, and a 10% General Store discount, but does NOT include pay. Additionally, Top of the Hill RV Resort pays a $250.00 bonus for committing to and completing a full year of service (one bonus for one year of 28 hours of weekly service being completed).
