The Resident Managers will live on-site in an apartment provided by the Company and oversee the daily operations of the facility. We are seeking individuals who are ambitious, process focused and professionals to manage the facility as if it were their own. We place great emphasis on friendly, professional managers and our commitment to clean, secure, and well maintained facilities. Our full-time Property Managers are responsible for the daily operations of their facility.  

Job Description:

Responsible for phone, internet and walk-in inquiry conversions - Renting Storage Units 

Collecting Payments 

Making Collection Calls 

Maximizing Occupancy

Maximizing Revenue and Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility

Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives

Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers

Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)

Ability to be driven by performance goals

Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses

Responsible for maintaining and improving facility appearance

Responsible for daily walkthrough of our facility

Responsible for daily bank runs/deposits

Light to heavy maintenance and clean-up work required

Responsible for cleaning units and interior buildings

Self Storage management experience a plus

Job Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)

Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills

Must be profit driven

Proficient with computers: Word, Internet

Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and drug test

Compensation includes on-site  2 bedroom, 1 bathroom residence, utilities, Internet, and gas allowance plus a predetermined bonus plan. 

Assistant Manager Team - Monroe City, MO

Mark Twain Landing RV Resort & Water Park is hiring an asssitant manager couple for our very busy property.

We are located in Monroe City, MO about 125 miles from St. Lewis at the edge of the Mark Twain forest, it's a great recreational area.

The Assistant Manager position is hands on dealing with day today operations for the RV park working outside maintenance in most cases for the men and inside the store registration area fo the women, you would also be helping in back office, staff, purchasig, inventory, etc.  We use Campground Manager software an candidates wit that background will be given priority.

A full hook-up site, Wifi, cable, and laundry allowance are included and salary is determined by experience.  This is a year around, full time position and candidates must be physically capable o standin and doing outside maintenance on a regular basis.

 Looking for a fun couple to oversee all the activities in our adult rv resort.  The position includes daily contact with our residents, scheduling activities, order supplies as needed.  The upcoming season is already scheduled.  The position is from Oct 1, 2015-March 1, 2016. This position is for a live-in management couple for a busy hotel in Lebanon, MIssouri. The position is for a couple that have hotel experience and maintenance experience. You must live on site in the managers apartment.

We provide you with a 1 bedroom apartment with all utilities provided. This is a salary position. Extended stay experience is a plus. This hotel stays busy year around and you must have great customer service skills.

Lodging Operators wanted to take over all aspects of our facility.  We are the only lodging facility in the area located on the shores of Lake Superior with easy access to the lake.  Duties include but are not limited to: taking reservations, greeting guests, making breakfasts, turning rooms, maintaining the propety buildings inside and out.  This would be an excellet opportnity for a retired couple or a couple with one working outside the home. 

Compensation is a monthly salary plus the Operator's area which includes full kitchen, bath, living room, master bedroom and office on the main floor, loft area with 2 rooms upstairs and full basement with laundry and storage room.  You will have a really busy summer, and a quiet winter.
