Great opportunity for a working couple with experience in hospitailty, maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services.  Anchor Inn is a 12-unit, child and pet friendly classic Florida motel on Sanibel Island.  Live and work in the heart of this popular island getaway.  Salary, housing, and utilities paid, plus bonus plan.

This is not just an office job.  Couple must be both physically fit and computer savvy.  Office duties include reservations, guest interaction, basic marketing and bookkeeping.  Physical labor involves interior and exterior maintenance:  painting,  minor plumbing and electric repair, pool maintenance, assisting/overseeing housekeepers with cleaning and laundry.  5 day/ 6 day alternating work weeks.  Assist Inn Keepers at sister motel on that couple's day(s) off.
