Activities Directors needed for some of the Friendiest Resorts with the most Amenities in the Valley

Be an Activities Director for one of he Friendliest Resorts in the Valley.  We presently have openigs at seveal Resorts.  Most of the activties are alredy planned for next year so all you would do is coordinate them.  You would also plan what activities will occur in the 2016/2017 Season.  This could be a position for you year after year if you enjoy people and enjoy our Resorts.  We just promoted the Activities Directors at one Resort to Managers of another Resort.  If interested, this could be a path for you as well.

We provide a Full Hookup for your RV including electricity along with a small monthly salary during the months you work.  The normal season is October 1 to April 1 each year.  You might even want to stick around all year and enjoy everything the Valley has to offer.

On-Site Resident Manager(s) - Glendale, AZ

The Resident Manager (’s) will live on-site in an apartment provided by the Company and oversee the daily operations of the facility. We are seeking individuals who are ambitious, process focused and professionals to manage the facility as if it were their own. We place great emphasis on friendly, professional managers and our commitment to clean, secure, and well maintained facilities. Our full time Property Managers are responsible for the daily operations of their facility. 

Job Description:

Responsible for phone, internet and walk-in inquiry conversions - Renting Storage Units 

Collecting Payments 

Making Collection Calls 

Maximizing Occupancy

Maximizing Revenue and Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility

Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives

Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers

Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)

Ability to be driven by performance goals

Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses

Responsible for maintaining and improving facility appearance

Responsible for daily walkthrough of our facility

Responsible for daily bank runs/deposits

Light to heavy maintenance and clean-up work required

Responsible for cleaning units and interior buildings

Self Storage management experience a plus

Job Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)

Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills

Must be profit driven

Proficient with computers: Word, Internet

Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and drug test

Compensation includes on-site 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence, utilities, Internet, gas allowance, salary, plus a predetermined bonus plan. 

Workcampers/Asst. Managers - Small Resort - Darby, MT

A small resort located in Darby in the Bitterroot Valley of southwestern Montana is looking for part time managers of cabins and RV sites.  We would like a dependable couple who are non-smokers, team players with people skills, and in good physical condition.

This management position is very flexible.  You will live onsite in your own RV.  In exchange for full hookups (water, sewer, electric, cable TV and wifi), duties include office time, lawn maintenance and light building maintenance.  The office time is spent answering phone calls, making reservations and checking in guests. The only time spent in the office is to check in guests or to help a guest with a problem. Workers will be provided with a cordless phone and intercom for their RV which means minimal time in the office. Lawn maintenance includes occasional mowing and weed eating as necessary and monitoring the irrigation system.  

The work campers will be relieving the owners for short periods of times each week in exchange for full hookups.  There will be times during the season that the owners will want to get away for an extended period of time.  At that time the work campers will be required to take over management of the resort and will be paid in addition to the full hookup site. Preferred commitment is from the end of May through mid-October, 2015.

Part time workcamping couple - Rockport, TX

Part-Time year around position for couple. We are looking for a couple that would like to live in Rockport, TX and work on the Texas Gulf Coast.

One work camper's duties will be in Maintenance. The spring/summer season will be the busiest time with site maintenance (mowing, weed eating, etc. which will dominate your time in the summer) plus cleaning laundry room, restrooms and showers, club house and office. We also have cottages nearby that will need cleaning when people vacate. At other times, you will focus on general campground maintenance and improvement projects. Duties may include light electrical, plumbing, hedge trimming, and general maintenance of common areas. You will also be asked to assist with special Events/ activities and Holidays as required. This work camper must be in good health and able to work in the Texas heat and humidity.

The 2nd work camper will primarily managing the phone... answering questions, describing amenities, and showing available sites. Other responsibilities will be to receive deposits, collect rent and electric payments, and some light bookkeeping. Occasional cleaning of the office, laundry room, restrooms and club house also required. This person will also be asked to assist with special. Events/ activities and Holidays as required.

In exchange for 3 days a week (24 hrs. per person) you will receive a Large RV Site, Small Salary of $1000.00 a month and $100.00 off your electric, free Wi-Fi and free Direct TV. FEATURED JOB OPENING: House Parents - Grifton, NC

IMMEDIATE POSITION:  Stroke of Faith Farms is a privately funded Christian Home & School for children in crisis in eastern North Carolina.  We are looking for House Parents (one man & one woman).  The children coming into the program will range from ages 5-9. 

As a start up non-profit organization, we will be able to offer you FREE food, room and board, plus a $400 per month stipend.

The farm is located in Grifton, NC, which is located about 15 minutes from Greenville,NC and 40 minutes from New Bern,NC.

The minimum stay for each child is (5) five months, but they can stay as long as we deem necessary, as long as they are working the program. The children will be homeschooled through Stroke of Faith Academy, which uses the Liberty Online Academy curriculum,

At Stroke of Faith Farms we want it to be a very loving and peaceful environment. The volunteer program is also a very big part of our program, so we want to make sure that we are very welcoming and very hospitable to all that come to visit and volunteer.  It is also a working farm so we really need a couple with plenty of energy and a good work ethic. The farm is absolutely beautiful with donkeys, sheep, a pig, rabbits, chickens, ginnies, cats and a dog.
