We are one of the top performers in the Self-Storage Industry.  We are seeking an experienced Self-Storage Facility Management Couple to assist in the oversight of sales and operations within a team environment in Tulsa, OK.  There is an on-site apartment available for the couple. The selected candidates must be responsible for managing a local storage facility, developing and executing sales and operational goals, and be capable of training and coaching part-time employee(s) accordingly.  The Facility Management Couple must oversee local marketing initiatives, and help build relationships with local business leaders promoting our services and company within the community.

• Operational experience in the self-storage industry is a plus
• Ability to prepare rental agreements with customers
• Provide customer service
• Experience with sales and administrative duties
• Possess a high level of problem solving skills
• Help develop and execute effective marketing plans

• Experience in marketing and building relationships with local businesses
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted
• HS Diploma

Seeking On-Site InnKeeper (Couple or Individual) - Bradenton, FL

Motel/property owner seeks permanent full time on-site innkeeper (COUPLE or individual) for daily operations of 17 unit motel (mixture of daily, weekly and monthly) and adjacent 17 unit apartments (monthly/annual)

Duties Include:

• Collection of rents and basic record keeping.
• Responsible for "turning over vacancies" when guests/tenants vacate the unit.
• Responsible for providing general housekeeping: cleaning rooms, kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, laundering linen, sweeping and mopping etc.
• Responsible for maintaining general appearance of properties: sidewalks, parking lot, hallways, and common areas.
• Responsible for accurate weekly and monthly preventative maintenance of units and building.
• Maintain flexible work schedule to cover vacancies or customer issues.
• Insure that projects are completed on timely basis according to specifications.
• Responsible for additional work related assignments as requested by manager.

Physical Demands:

• Able to stoop, bend, kneel, walk, carry, lift, manual dexterity.
• Able to lift @30 lbs regularly and @50 lbs occasionally.
• Light maintenance, able to work with tools and cleaning supplies.
• Five day work week on call remaining two.

Compensation:

• $800- $1200 a month, on site living quarters, includes: water, electric, cable, laundry, two weeks vacation after one year service.
