Horse Ranch Management - Littleton, CO

Looking for hard working expeienced Ranch Hands to help care for 40 horses and other farm animals. The position includes repairing fencing, mowing and trimming landscape, keeping automatic watering system in working order, maintain the tractor, skid steer and 4- wheelers, basic maintencae oil, greace, coolant, tires... 

This is a hands on horses sort of position, leading horses to and from pasture, helping when vet or farrier are on site, training volunteers and working with community service individuals. 

We are a non profit horse rescue with many volunteers to assist with the above mentioned day to day tasks, your role would be to welcome them, train them and keep them safe. 

We are located 18 miles SW of Denver Colorado with beautiful mountain and city views. 

Gate Guard Security - Eagle Ford Shale Area, TX

Gate Guards are needed for security in the oil field in South Texas. Applicants should be neat and clean in appearance, fit and able to withstand outdoor working conditions in remote locations. Ipad experience is preferred but not required. 

MUST have an RV in good working order or live in the Eagle Ford Shale area. 

All applicants and applying partners will need to have or obtain a license as a Level II Noncommissioned Security Officer through the DPS, license applications can be submitted on the DPS website. 

Applicants must be able to pass a DPS background check and drug screening.

Maintenance, Store Clerk, Housekeepers Work Camper Couples Needed - Boerne, TX

Maintenance Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations!  Maintenance duties include escorting guests to their sites for check-ins, general maintenance, resort cleanup, trash pick-up, restroom maintenance, mowing, trimming, landscaping, cleaning the pool and hot tub, and various projectsand other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.

Housekeeper Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations!  Housecleaning duties include thorough cleaning of all of our public buildings and cabins, and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.

Store Clerk Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations!  Store Clerk position requires an outgoing personality person with good telephone voice, greeting customers, taking reservations, computer knowledge a must, cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning the store and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.

Work Camper position is for trade of 28 hours per week, which is four 7 hour shifts per week and these shifts can be divided in any combination for Work camper couples.  Compensation is for your accommodations which include a full hookup site including utilities, propane deliveries, laundry, and a 10% General Store discount, but does NOT include pay.  Additionally, Top of the Hill RV Resort pays a $250.00 bonus for committing to and completing a full year of service (one bonus for one year of 28 hours of weekly service being completed).

Park Host - Cave Junction (southwest Oregon), OR

Park Host - Illinois River Forks State Park Position starts July 7, 2015. Illinois River Forks State Park is located in southwest Oregon a half mile south of Cave Junction, the gateway to Oregon Caves National Monument. Volunteers are provided with a RV site with electric, water, and septic hook up.

The host site is about 300 feet from the best swimming hole in the valley so cooling down during the day is not a problem. Volunteers must have an ability to work independently and interact with visiting groups composed of people of all ages, abilities, ideologies, and nationalities. Responsibilities include opening and closing the entrance gate, grounds upkeep (litter patrol, empty 3-4 trash cans), and assure the one-seat restroom is stocked with toilet paper and cleaned.

Duty hours are variable. General duties (trash cans, opening/closing gate, and restroom) can be done in an hour but hosts are expected to keep an eye on activities during the day. This can be done casually while reading a book, watching a movie, talking on the phone, etc. Hosts can come and go any time they want to do shopping or explore the local area.

The state park is located in a valley surrounded by the Siskiyou Mountains, a rugged section of the Pacific coast range that is the source of water for the two rivers that merge at this park (the forks). Wilderness areas, wild and scenic rivers, and Oregon Caves National Monument are within a 30 mile drive of the park. Redwood National Park and the Pacific Ocean are less than 60 miles to the south. Crater Lake National Park and the crest of the Cascade Mountains are about 150 miles to the east. Cave Junction has a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, service stations, churches, schools, and senior center.

Domestic Couple - Southport, CT

Highly skilled and professional domestic couple required for family of five for their new construction home in Southport, CT.  Couple must be self-starters, take initiative and able to work without day-to-day direction or supervision.  Family travels often therefore must be flexible to work longer hours when the family is on property.  Couple must be great at housekeeping, cooking, house management, gardening and basic handyman work.

Responsibilities include:

Hands-on housekeeping including: laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, dry cleaning, packing, unpacking and storing seasonal clothes

Hands on house management, maintenance and gardening

Experience developing new home guidelines

Coordinate and monitor all vendors

Assist with entertaining, events and meetings: Meal and menu planning, shopping, preparing, occasional serving and bar tending

House preparation: Grocery shopping, dry cleaning, household errands, cars washed, personal shopping, linens and change of beds.

Animal care for three dogs: feeding, vet appointments, maintaining and training in new home

Overseeing state-of-the-art security, audio, lighting, and other smart-home systems

Grounds maintenance: landscaping, gardening, lawn and tree care and snow removal

Basic handyman skills to maintain all structures on the property

Large and small equipment maintenance

Spa and pool maintenance

Vehicle maintenance and occasionally driving duties
