RV Park On-Site Managers - Needville, TX

We are in search of a retired couple to live on-site and manage the day to day operations of a small, clean, quiet RV park with storage units. The park only accepts monthly or extended renters for the 28 spots, and will not accept nightly renters. The park is just 6 miles south of Rosenberg, TX.

Here is a description of some of the duties and requirements, which amount to approximately 10-15 hours per week of work:

·         The current managers who previously owned the property for almost 20 years will help train the new couple, along with the current property owners.

·         Frequent communication with the owners, who live 25 minutes from the property.

·         Answer the phone to rent open spaces.

·         Greet the new tenants as they pull onto the property and help them sign the rental agreement and collect the deposit

·         Collect the rent checks and deposit at the bank for the owner.

·         Ability to read the electric meters

·         General maintenance for the property including mowing the lawn, plumbing, sewer, electrical, making sure tenants do not leave trash out, all belongings are inside tenants RV’s and not stored underneath or around their spot, make sure there are no pets on the property, assist with day labors when needed, etc.

·         At least one year experience managing an RV park. Please provide reference contact information.

Must be smoke free and pass a drug test

Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license

The owners will provide a spot, water, electrical and wifi for the couple. A small salary may be negotiated.
