We are looking for a manager to take over running our mobile home community in Mesa, Arizona. We need an onsite manager who is capable with handling office work. Need to be computer literate and work well with others, having a great attitude and self starter is a necessity.
Overall management of the mobile home park community including, but not limited to:
Interaction with Park Residents which includes rent collection, investigation of complaints and collecting feedback from residents to act as a liaison between ownership and tenants
Keeping resident files up to date
Greeting and interacting with prospective residents
Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations; resolve problems following management rules and regulations
Bookkeeping which includes tenant billing, bank deposits, recording tenant payments and adjustments, management of petty cash (Microsoft Excel Experience is Required)
Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance
Routinely inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment; create work orders relating to repairs and maintenance
Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security services
Handling Emergency Situations
Starting salary $2500 per month for Both (Free Housing + Free Utilities + Free Cable/Internet)
