Domestic Couple (Live-In or Live-Out) - Clifton Park, NY
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Highly skilled and professional domestic couple required for a large (11,000 sq ft) family home in Clifton Park, NY. Couple must be self-starters, take initiative and able to work without day-to-day direction or supervision. Family travels often therefore must be flexible to work longer hours when the family is on property. Couple must be highly-skilled at housekeeping, cooking, house management, gardening and basic handyman work.
Must have green card. This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities include: (but are not limited too)

Hands-on housekeeping including: laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, dry cleaning, packing, unpacking and storing seasonal clothes
- Full description of duties and responsibilities will be shared upon interview

Hands on house management, maintenance and gardening
- The house will be undergoing renovations whilst being maintained
- Experience developing new home guidelines
- Coordinate and monitor all vendors

Assist with entertaining, events and meetings:
- Meals: shopping, preparing, occasional serving and bar tending
- House preparation: Grocery shopping, dry cleaning, household errands, cars washed/maintained, personal shopping, linens and change of beds.
- Overseeing state-of-the-art security, audio, lighting, and other smart-home systems
- Grounds maintenance: landscaping, gardening, lawn and tree care and snow removal - all seasons
- Basic handyman skills to maintain all structures on the property
- Large and small equipment maintenance
- Spa and pool maintenance - once build is complete
- Vehicle maintenance and occasionally driving duties
- Coordinating travel arrangements (NYC Airport transport), packing and unpacking, managing luggage
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as a Domestic Couple
- Must be self directed, highly organized, flexible, business and tech-savvy.
- Experience with smart home technology
- Great communications skills: verbally and written

Maintenance, Store Clerk, Housekeepers Work Camper Couples Needed - Boerne, TX

Work Camper position is for trade of 28 hours per week, which is four 7 hour shifts per week and these shifts can be divided in any combination for Work camper couples. Compensation is for your accommodations which include a full hookup site including utilities, propane deliveries, laundry, and a 10% General Store discount, but does NOT include pay. Additionally, Top of the Hill RV Resort pays a $250.00 bonus for committing to and completing a full year of service (one bonus for one year of 28 hours of weekly service being completed).
