Base salary + bonus/commission structure; group medical/dental, matching 401K program.

We are an 89-space 100%-occupied community in Green River, WY. All residents are responsible adults and own their own mobile homes. No park-owned homes or home renters. Near Flaming Gorge National Recreaction Area (great camping, hunting).
We need a manager(s) who can:
+ Collect rents and deposit them using our check scanner - right from your desk. No need to go to bank
+ Is, or can become, water certified (an afternoon's worth of classwork) to be able to take water samples and drive them over to the local DEQ office
+ Read the water meters and bill tenants for their usage
+ Enforce park rules
If you can also help with maintenance, that's additional pay for additional work, but is not required as part of the manager(s)' job.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Resident Management Couple - San Antonio / Adkins, TX

Resident manager couple needed for Self Storage Facility in Adkins, TX. In addition to bi-weekly compensation, the position includes housing (one bedroom) and paid utilities (electricity, water, internet, & trash). Couple will have 2 days off together as the office is closed Sunday and Monday. You must have reliable transportation and be willing to live on-site. This is a small organization with no truck rental duties and no corporate stress!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
* Basic computer skills
* Maintain a clean office and restroom
* Cash handling and bank deposits
* Collection calls
* Process delinquent accounts from foreclosure to auction
* Occasional purchasing or ordering for supplies
* Maintain designated office hours
* Basic yard work such as mowing the front and back yards, spraying weeds, cutting down overgrowth on fences, etc.
* Provide excellent customer service, in person and on the phone
* Property upkeep and light maintenance – curb appeal is our friend!
* Routine lock and perimeter fence checks
* Reporting and correspondence to Senior Property Manager
* Basic marketing
* Other duties or small errands as assigned by supervisor(s)
Storage experience not necessary but is a plus. The chosen management couple will answer directly to the senior property managers and, at times, directly to the owner. Only serious, mature, and motivated couples will be considered and must consent to a background check. One person will be generally in the office and the other mainly for property maintenance and upkeep, however, both team members will be responsible for the smooth operation and cleanliness of all aspects of the facility (you will both be trained on office duties). Both team members must be able to smile and provide great customer service! From time to time one person may need to relieve the Senior Property Managers (at their location about 20 minutes away) for vacation days or other time off. You must be willing to relocate to Adkins, Texas (just outside San Antonio) and we would prefer a couple already living in Texas but out-of-staters will still be considered. Couples travelling every couple of years or job-hoppers need not apply. We are looking for a long-term couple willing to work smart, enjoy their jobs and put care into the facility.

Professional, courteous, team workers with excellent customer service, basic accounting, and computer skills are needed.
Prior knowledge of Winsen (the mini-storage accounting software) helpful but not necessary, as well as Penske truck rental/web site experience a bonus, but not mandatory. We will train qualified applicants.

This job position requires maintenance, light grounds maintenance, cleaning of units, the ability to lift 25-35 lbs, & the ability to walk up and down the stairs without issue.
