We are looking for a hard working and self-movtivated couple who have horticulture, landscaping and general maintenance expriences. It is our weekend home which has extensive planting, pool, tennis court and vegetible garden. The job demands physical work ourdoor for the busy season. Weeding, pruning and mowing are main parts of the job. Other responsibilities include pool care, vegetable garden, taking care of some chickens and building maintenance. 

In our view, people who suit best for the job are the ones with good landscaping expriences, loving working outdoors and very self directed and disclpined and with great work ethic.

Live-in Nanny / Housekeeper and Maintenance - Pueblo West, CO

We are seeking a full time, live-in, Spanish speaking couple to provide housekeeping, caretaking, and home maintainece for a fun and outgoing (but busy) family. You must be friendly, happy, honest and trust worthy - please no drugs or drama!

Primary Responsbilities:

     -  Keeping the house clean and organized

     -  Help with family pets

     -  Help prepare some meals

     -  Home maintenance / repairs as needed

     -  Help with yard maintenance during the warmer months, and occassional snow removal / wood cutting in the winter

We enjoy authentic Mexican meals, but also love to cook. This position povides room / board and both of you may have outside employment. We do have three grand children ages: 6, 5,and 6 months which may need after school and care at other times. Providing care for them would include additional compensation.

We are only interested in someone that has the intention of a long term position and becoming part of our family. Work days / times can be flexible but would primarily include weekends at this time. We want someone that does not mind spending time with us in the evenings, practicing English, teaching us Spanish, preparing meals together, watching movies, family outings, etc. Our house is a great place to call home with a caring and loving family.

Campground Hosts - Challis, ID

Campground Hosts:  Start immediately and work through at least the end of October.  Hosts must be energetic.  Must be able to navigate stairs. Duties include, but are not limited to mowing, weeding, cleaning hot spring pools, cleaning restrooms, painting and general maintenance.  Indoor duties include cooking breakfast for the Bed and Breakfast, cleaning rooms and bathrooms in the B&B, ironing sheets, learning the reservation computer system and greeting guests.  

Days off and hours are negotiable.  Wage is $10 per person per hour.  Hosts must have their own motor home or camper.  The host site has full water, sewer, electric and TV hook ups.  The site and hook ups are included at no cost to the hosts.

Responsible for phone, internet and walk-in inquiry conversions - Renting Storage Units 

Collecting Payments 

Making Collection Calls 

Maximizing Occupancy

Maximizing Revenue and Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility

Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives

Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers

Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)

Ability to be driven by performance goals

Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses

Responsible for maintaining and improving facility appearance

Responsible for daily walkthrough of our facility

Responsible for daily bank runs/deposits
