Caretakers/Work Camper - Roseburg, OR

Private Party/homeowner needs an honest, responsible, common sense, self-starting caretaker(s) with good job skills and work ethic for our western Oregon home.  I am seeking a LONG TERM (minimum one year but prefer longer term) caretaker for pets, yard, and property. 

Chores include yard care (mowing, weeding, pruning, watering) basic maintenance, forwarding mail, occasional errands, etc. 

You will receive a 30/50 amp, water, sewer RV site in the country in exchange for approximately 40-50 hours work each month.  If wanted, phone and internet will be your responsibility.  Your RV must be in good repair/working order — NO TARPS OR SPACE HEATERS.

We are a multi-purpose venue that handles public events including multiple music festivals; BBQ and Chili cook offs, Renaissance Fairs, Haunted Trails, and Pool Parties.

Our capabilities include event areas ranging from 100- 40,000, a 7,500 Natural Amphitheater, over a mile of event trails with three stage areas, Golf Course, Campground, Olympic Swimming Pool and Restaurant.

A prominent family is looking for a couple to live-in at their property and help taking care of the home and its members. This role handles all aspects of general housekeeping and cleaning, including laundry, dishes, dry cleaning, running errands, and dinner preparation with a variety of daily tasks that may vary by day. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable and experienced in working in large homes with fine furnishings. Similarly, the role will involve caring for members of the family including small children, and you will be closely involved in their daily lives. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills, be upbeat, trustworthy, have multitasking abilities and be detail oriented. They will also coordinate with other family staff as necessary.
