Caretakers/Work Camper - Roseburg, OR

Private Party/homeowner needs an honest, responsible, common sense, self-starting caretaker(s) with good job skills and work ethic for our western Oregon home.  I am seeking a LONG TERM (minimum one year but prefer longer term) caretaker for pets, yard, and property. 

Chores include yard care (mowing, weeding, pruning, watering) basic maintenance, forwarding mail, occasional errands, etc. 

You will receive a 30/50 amp, water, sewer RV site in the country in exchange for approximately 40-50 hours work each month.  If wanted, phone and internet will be your responsibility.  Your RV must be in good repair/working order — NO TARPS OR SPACE HEATERS.
