Make a daily difference! Together with their spouses, Houseparents are live-in caregivers, role models and mentors for the students entrusted in their care. Houseparents nurture a structured, yet family-like atmosphere in a School home for 8 to 12 students from lower income. They foster quality interactions with students to help them grow and fulfill their potential.

Houseparents oversee the basics of the students’ daily lives: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual care, as well as provide ongoing guidance and mentoring. They also collaborate with teachers, administrators and families to facilitate student success.

These are salaried positions with benefits. Housing, paid trainin and relocation assistance are provided.

Requirements include:

• Committed to and skilled in positively influencing children and youth.
• Experience working with students from lower income a plus.
• Couple must meet age and family status requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s licenses in good standing.
