Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include:
- Property Manager will oversee vendors including housekeeping, landscape, maintenance, etc.
- Property Manager will handle guest needs during visit including transportation, catering and special event planning.
- Property Manager lives on site to oversee security and guest services. Contracts with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responds to emergencies.
- Accepts ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and maintain budget.
- Position will also include general oversight, concierge services, and driving principle & guests.

Workcamper Couples Winter Season - Surprise, AZ

We are looking for Workcamper couples to work in our 55+ Five Star luxury RV Resort in Surprise, Arizona (20 minutes Northwest of Phoenix). The positions open are: Food Service (in our bistro and/or tiki bar), Tiki Clean up, Courtesy Patrol, Activities Office.
Each person works an average of 12 hours per week or one person can work an average 24 hours per week in exchange for site rent and utilities. No additional compensation offered. Commitment period October 1 - April 1.Must be a US citizen and pass background check.
