Our client is an established national property management firm.  They are in search of a Husband/Wife team to manage and perform maintenance duties for their beautiful 55 and over mobile home community in Mesa, AZ.  Housing and Utilities are both included.  The base pay rate for the couple is $30,000 - $35,000 plus bonus (Free Housing and Utilities).

COMMUNITY MANAGER

• 3-5 years of previous experience in Property Management
• Will provide supervision of the community including office community building pool, grounds, and site cleanups.
• Reporting and Bookkeeping
• Performs rent collections, daily deposits, serving notices, forwarding bills. 
• Screening Residents
• Marketing to increase awareness and traffic flow.
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Enthusiastically achieves revenue goals.
• Must be able to pass drug and background screen

MAINTENANCE TECH

• 3-5 years of previous experience in maintenance
• Perform plumbing, landscaping,electrical, pool maintenance, and site clean-ups
• Perform inventory lists of company maintenance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work job orders quickly, but efficiently
• Highly motivated.  Proven ability to work well with little supervision
• Must have outstanding references.
• Must be able to pass both drug and background screen.

Couples / individuals - Groundskeeping / Housekeeping - Corning, CA

Beautiful Park Located in Corning Ca, seeking couples or individuals to assist with groundskeeping, housekeeping, and office. You will work 16-24 hours per couple or individual for a FHU site plus, utilities, ( incudes, propane, laundry, Cable, electricity ). 

Couples will work 3 days with 4 days off together to explore northern California. Visit the Giant Redwoods, Mt Shasta, Yosemite, and more.  Couples could work grounds and housekeeping or assist with groups and projects. A season end bonus wll be provided with a 3-6 month commitment for working on irrigation and landscaping projects. We also need an activties director to plan tours and events.

House Parents - Miami, FL

We have openings for House Parent couples in Miami to serve in a cottage setting, meeting the needs of up to 8 children (ages 5-18). These couples will gain training and knowledge of the overall agency and our programs.

Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with advanced education preferred. Applicants must also be an active member of a local New Testament church and attend regularly, and be married at least two years. Competitive salary plus room, board, insurance and generous leave.

ZURICH, SWITZERLAND- EXPERIENCED COUPLE

Lovely VIP family in Zurich seeking experienced, organised and efficient Couple for care of one household about 2,000 square meters (6 bedrooms, 4 main rooms , pool/gym) with small family of 2p and one pet dog. Primary responsibilities include preparing and cooking meals, serving, and overall household care including light maintenance, repairs and overall upkeep. Family is generally informal but may host some formal dinners. Light garden work as family has a gardener already.

Working schedule: 5 days per week, 10 hours daily
Accommodation: separate lovely large full apartment w kitchen, attached to main residence with separate entrance.
Salary offered: CHF 6,000-7000 per month (€1200-€1400/week) full contract + paid holidays
Other: EU or UK passport OR Swiss permit holders only. one must be able to drive, cook, fluent English, some VIP experience or experience running formal household/5 * hotel a plus, able to cook healthy uncomplicated meals.

Where the slogan for the town is "where the fish jump on main street" and the hunting in the surrounding areas are amoung the best in the USA, we are a small mom and pop motel (only 14 rooms ) looking for just the right someone to manage.

Monthly salary and free living on site included (3 bedroom attached house (master bedroom and oversided living room) also includes internet and cable             (closed curcuit security cameras on site).

My wife and I have been running this place for the last 8 years and we maybe work a combined 20 hours a week total, that includes the cleaning also.  Very laid back- lots of time to enjoy the surrounding area during the days. Also wanted to mention saratoga has natural hotsprings pools free to the public.

This job requires prior experience in hospitality and a contract for an extended amount of time.

Monthly Salary/ what we offer:

(Includes all listed duties) $1500.00 month / 5% cost of living increase annually and yearly bonus based on profit margins (2% bottom line)

Free in-living (3 bedroom attached house) cable and internet included

### Minimal 2 year commitment till however long you choose to stay.

Owner may terminate contract anytime and require immediate removal of manager if owner feels it is in the best intrest of the business.

Manager duties include but are not limited to:

# Complete overseeing of daily operations

# Making resevation (daily log sheets only paper work required of manager - owner does all billing and deposits)

# check in / check out services (Manager required to be on site for check ins between 3 and 10pm daily)

# cleaning rooms, inspecting and logging repairs, minimal maintnance

    (Owner will be on site once a week to perform required maintanance logged during previous week unless emegencies that require immediate action)

# laundry services - ordering linen

# daily/weekly collection of funds for weekly deposit.

     (Owner will be on site once a week to collect funds for deposit)

# property cleanup (sweeping lot, dusting cob webs off building and doors, picking up cig butts/trash, general cleanup, etc.)

CARETAKER COUPLE WANTED - Barcelona Spain

We are looking for a full time, live in caretaker couple for our retreat center and “casa rural” with 4 apartments in a beautiful wine region in Catalonia, Spain at 45 minutes from Barcelona.

Housing is available on site. Tasks include: maintenance of houses, garden, swimming pool, cleaning, animal care taking (dogs and cats), welcoming guests, checking guests in and out, help with prepartaion of meals and preparing breakfasts for small and large groups, administration, all tasks that come with running a small hospitality business. We are looking for an experienced, reliable couple without kids, with references who speak English and Spanish and preferably one other European language, have a driving license and their own transportation. The job is for 2 years with extension posible.
